Pros:

The host was super helpful and friendly.
The room is quite basic and fine for a night.
Not far from the mian sights.

Cons:

Hard bed (like really hard), though some may like it that way.
The room is tiny with little space for luggage.
The room overlooks a construction site, so not really exciting.
One floor to walk up, as elevator goes only to 5th floor.
Water drain on the opposite side of the bathroom, so after taking a shower water is literally all over the floor.

Pros:

Great Apartment!!! Lovely size. Great Bathroom with Bath and Shower. Comfy bed - But Squeaky!
Use of Kettle, Microwave and Fridge. Nice sized desk for writing. Safe and Secure Accommodation in a Safe area - although you will have to walk past a few 'Girly Bars' etc... to get there!

But I felt very safe and Welcome!!!
Van (Lady who worked there -was VERY Helpful, Kind, Welcoming and Polite).
Easy Check-in and Check-out Procedures.
Overall, Very Happy and I would DEFINITELY stay here again!!!

Cons:

The Only Complaint I have is that the Bed was Exceptionally squeaky when you moved! Other than That I could Not have been Happier!!!

Clean, spacious and a lovely welcome
Pros:

Really clean and spacious,really good value for money with its great location in district 1. Although off the main road down a few alleyways, completely safe. Great having a kitchenette too.

Good value for money
Pros:

Spacious, quiet, fairly clean, decent work area, very good internet, reasonable price, friendly staff. Only complaints were that I (maybe mistakenly) thought that there was a washing machine, and it’s a little tricky to find down an alley in the red light district of Japan Town. They have a paid laundry service though. It was one of the very few places that I’ve stayed in Vietnam where I could work reasonably comfortably and had zero problems with the WiFi. The place is a little run down, but given the price and the location, it’s great value for money. I’d definitely stay here again.

I recommand this place no questions.
Pros:

Kitchen is very practical, location is very fonctionnal, very calm at night even near the big street. We were able to leave our bags in advance in a very safe place. Free water is a must.
