The gentleman at the counter was very friendly, kind and patient.

Cons:

Terrible value for the price. I think $30-50 would be a more fair price. Most places charging what I was charged offer breakfast and a pool or at least a comfortable bed. The bed was so uncomfortable I'm still stiff two days after our stay. The area is far from fun things on bardstown road so I'm unsure where the higher price came from.

It was nearest place or walking distance to my training meeting.
Pros:

Manager and employees been very nice and open to talk or ask .

Cons:

Mattress was placed on top of the metal plate that sounding awful when moving during the night .Bed sheets was too old and many stain on it,I am not sure if they replaced towel daily but it was too worn out and can see stain easily!

It was bug free at the very least.

Cons:

Place was rather dirty and smelled of cigarette smoke. Noise insulation is practically non-existent and you can hear when your neighbor moves their toe or in our case, moans and screams wildly all night long on some kind of drug high. Bed felt like 2 pieces of cardboard on top of a metal box and the pillows were rocks. Bathroom window latch was broken and the place felt very insecure. I guess you get what you pay for, but even $83 feels better tossed in a fire than spent on this place.
