Minimalistic, clean, sleek, in a pedestrian zone
Pros:

New, appealing design, comfortable bed and good bed linen, and also it is right in front of a little walkable superblock without cars where you can walk and not be reminded of exhaust gases!

Good accommodation, close to touristic attractions
Pros:

We arrived later than expected due to flights delay, we only had to pay for the day we stayed.
Then we departed before breakfast, had early flight during the night. The staff and the room was nice.

Pros:

Очень удобное расположение, номера чистые, каждый день меняли полотенца, что не может не радовать.
Персонал очень доброжелательный.
По нашей просьбе, сделали химчистку вещей, очень аккуратно.
Утром, угощали кофе с печеньем, это очень мило.
Фотографии полностью соответствую действительности.
Функционирует лифт.
Было все очень комфортно и радушно. Спасибо большое принимающей стороне)))

Estancia en Estambul
Pros:

La ubicación muy buena, tenían cafetera con café de verdad gratis, al igual que té y por las mañanas unos dulces. Las instalaciones muy bien cuidadas, la cama muy grande y cómoda

Cons:

A pesar de tener buenas ventanas, no estaba insonorizado del todo y se escuchaban ruidos de la calle

Bon rapport qualité prix et localisation idéale dans quartier charmant pour découvrir la ville
Pros:

Hotel idéalement situé dans le quartier charmant de Tophane. A 5 mn à pied d'un arrêt de tramway permettant de rallier le quartier de Sultanahmet et l'embarcadère pour les ferrys menant à Kadikoy et aux îles au princes. Chambre petite mais confortable et bien équipée. Ménage fait tous les jours et bouteille d'eau a dispo chaque jour. Accueil très courtois et de bons conseils. Café et thé à disposition dans le lobby ainsi que des petits gateaux le matin, très appréciable.

Cons:

Hôtel situé dans une rue très passante avec des cafés à proximités, donc assez bruyant si vous avez une chambre donnant sur rue. Prévoir les boules quies.

-l’eau de la douche ne s’évacuait pas bien car c’était probablement bouché par des cheveux
- pommeau de douche cassé (nous l’avons signalé le premier jour mais il n’a pas été changé)
-un jour lors du ménage, l’ajout de gel douche et papier toilettes n’a pas été fait

I really enjoyed, my stay at the Smart in simple Hotel. it was a perfect location in Istanbul in the staff of the hotel is extremely friendly. I will definitely stay there again during my next visit in Istanbul.
