Great experience
Pros:

Great location, just a 5-minute walk from the Galata Bridge. Bus and tram stops are nearby.
The staff is welcoming and helpful, and the rooms are clean and spacious enough.
Recommended.

Great value property, would stay here again.
Pros:

Very good location in the heart of Karakoy, near public transport, galataport and 10-15 mins walk from Galata tower or taksim. Very clean rooms and friendly staff.

Cons:

Their standard room is a bit tight on space, we were having trouble where to place our bags.

Bienvenue en Turquie!
Pros:

Les deux messieurs au front desk (j ai malheureusement oublié leurs noms) nous ont bcp aidé avec leurs conseils. Très sympathiques aussi. Près du port et du tramway et très central avec de nombreux restos sur 2 petites rues cachées.

Останавливались в этом замечательном отеле второй раз. Все на высоком уровне, приветливый и гостеприимный персонал.
В этот раз нас заселили в двухкомнатный номер с балконами на четвертом этаже. Номер очень понравился.

Cons:

Жаль, что в этот раз на завтраке не было выпечки.

Goede ligging, vlak bij de pier, Istanbul Modern, Galata Port en levendige terrasjes. Vriendelijk personeel. Rustige, nette kamer - de enige waar ik het minst last had van omgevingsgeluiden.

Muy buena amabilidad y ubicación de lo mejor
Pros:

La ubicación es muy buena. Está en uno de los barrios con mejor vibra. Y todo está muy cerca. Los recepcionistas fueron muy muy amables.

Cons:

Encontramos pulgas y algunos días amanecimos con picaduras :( . Creo que falta mejor limpieza de todas las sábanas.
