Good place to stay in Alicia
Pros:

Good facilities, central location, staff very good, breakfast OK. Best hotel in Alicia as far as we know

Cons:

No external window but little balcony can be accessed behind a door.

Our stay in nick hotel was ok — but needs a lot of improvements.
Pros:

Air-conditioning was good in presidential suite. Staff was able to give compensation with the booking damage.

Cons:

Blocked drainage in shower room in the presidential suite. Their computer system is not working-well. Asked us to pay again on the check-out day when we have already paid online. The room we have booked through booking.com was given to the customers who just walked-in to book for a room. We nearly ended-up staying in x2 deluxe rooms instead of the executive suite.
