Good value homestay
Pros:

Big clean room with good facilities. Ground floor so easy to access. Comfortable bed. Free bottles of water.

Cons:

The location was a busy road and the walk to the next road was dark. However I always felt safe.

At night it is quiet. But, the homestay is situated next to an intersection, therefore there is alot of honking until traffic slows down.

It was cheap.....
Pros:

The staff were helpful and organised a scooter for us during our stay. Filtered water was also provided which was nice. Access to a shared fridge. When the hairdryer & hot water stopped working ( which was my error as it was operated by a switch that I accidently turned off) they were fairly quick to respond.

Cons:

The shower does not drain properly and there is no screen, so water goes over bathroom floor. The floor tiles also seem to be wall tiles and they are very slippery. One tiny bath mat is not enough for the bathroom. There was nowhere to hang your towels so they really didnt dry. The shower system was one I had never seen. The hot water cycled in and out and was scalding then barely warm. Very annoying. It may have been on a heater system as the hot water didnt take long to run out. If you were in the rooms closest to main road it would have been a bit noisy. There was no fridge in the room, which is nice to have. There is 2 queen beds in the room, which was ok for the 2 of us, as we put our suitcases on the second bed. If you were to have 3 or 4 ple in a room, there would be absolutely no space to put your luggage.

Pros:

The decor was beautiful. It was just a nice distance to the river for an early morning or evening walk. There is a great coffee and tea cafe just walking out to the left and turn right . Very comfy beds too.

Pros:

We liked everything about the accommodation. It is a magical place, very clean, modern, with comfortable beds, a spectacular bathroom, a modern shower with all the services. What we liked most were the owners, people with very good hearts, willing to help us, very attentive.

Pros:

The owner has got beautiful rooms, so comfy with soft bed and blanket. The bathroom was extremely clean, and after the shower, you can feel so relaxed. She cooked delicious breakfast. She tried to speak english and shared stories with you. Thank you 😊 for taking care of me.

Cons:

It's so far away of activities. They proposed bike rent, but I couldn't drive. Maybe a few bicycles for rent would be nice.

Pros:

The family welcomed me very warmed, even if it was one night stay. Pho for breakfast and jack fruit, simple amazing. The room is new and with modern furnitures.
