I felt so uncomfortable
I was the only client and, no staff
Actually it’s not even a hotel, just rooms and a swimming pool in the middle of nowhere. There’s a lot of garbage behind every room and the « driver » that is also the manager as he said, was making me feel uncomfortable.
No food available at « the hotel », he told me « his staff » were off (all of them?!) and proceeded to lay down by the pool. I immediately booked another hotel, there was no possibility of taxi or such and I had to pay him again to take me to the hotel I booked.
It was a nightmare as I was so scared the whole time.
I wouldn’t recommend this to any solo traveler especially women. Never again
He kept writing me afterwards, sorry but I had to block him.
The staff were extremely helpful and kind and went out of their way to help us with everything

I was initially cautious about booking here as I could see the last review was some time ago.
Upon arrival I was pleasantly met by staff and the room was clean and comfortable.
The internet was sufficient, I was able to stream Netflix and hold an hour long zoom call with no issues.
I liked the location as it was central to all parts of the island and I enjoy riding the mountain roads (some great views).
The view from my room was majestic and created lots of envy haha.
I extended my one night stay, two times so that is usually a good sign that it has done well.
Very good location in the middle of the island, fantastic infinity pool which you can use 24/7, the staff was very friendly. They even decorated our bed for our anniversary :).
Remote location.
No restaurant.Not even drinks available.Place is worn down.The only thing that could rescue this place which is swimming pool wasn't maintained at all.Green and filthy.We left after one day. Obviously didn't get a refund.Stay away!!!
Good location for seeing the icons of Nusa Penida .
Firstly hotel forgot to pick us up from port , 2nd issue- my husbands foot went through verandah on arrival to our room not repaired 3 days later , 3rd issue - we picked this remote location with the booking.com information that restaurant was on site as we were 30 min trip to main part of town , however was closed , not even breakfast available and no communication to advise us so we could be prepared . Luckily we are not fussy eaters and could eat at a tiny local warung getting the basics.
Flat screen Tv was in the room but no remote or connected . ( why charge for these conveniences when not available .
Staff attitude was just a shrug of the shoulders and didn’t care at all . Bathrooms were dirty and smelt musty .
a great location that is central to all the must see locations on Nusa Penida. Good value for money. Quiet.
The rooms are quite run down, not well cleaned at all (especially the bathroom), the sheets smelt clean but were very clearly stained. The pool was slimy and a bit green.
