tres bel hotel ,
le personnel ne parle pas anglais donc difficultés majeures de compréhension, la villa qui nous était attribuée ne correspondait pas à ce que nous avions réservé il a fallu demander un changement de chambre. Il y avait bien une cuisine mais pas 1 verre donc il a fallu demander un kit de cuisine.De notre fenêtre vue sur un assemblage de matériel de chantier
La alberca y la naturaleza
La villa, muy pequeña falta iluminación, tina sucia, es la primera vez que no nos sentimos a gusto.
El lugar es agradable en los espacios exteriores. Es muy limpio, y el personal trata bien, haciendo su mejor esfuerzo pues les hace falta personal
Las habitaciones no son como las presentan. No tienen cafetera ( y el supuesto Starbucks no lo atienden bien, por falta de personal). No está bien separado el área de eventos de las habitaciones o el.psso, así que participas de la boda aunque no estés invitado. Se suponía que las habitaciones tenían aire acondicionado, pero una que me dieron no tenía ( porque era "villa"), me cambiaron de habitación ( amablemente y sin recargo) ! Pero Tampoco tenía aire acondicionado! Ya no quise insistir, al menos estaba más fresca y la vista no era al basurero, como la primera. El servicio en el restaurante fue lento, pero porque solo tenían una sola persona atendiendo ( y fue muy amable), luego en la cafetería no tenían personal. De hecho fueron 4 personas para restaurante, cafetería y pool bar , trabajando de 7 am a 9 pm. Les hace falta contratar personal
