Brook at the concierge was amazing, he was friendly and detailed, and never hesitate to go the extra mile!
two female staff at the reception were unfriendly and not very professional. one (sylvia) was rubbing her nose with tissue, and with the same hand, wanted my room card. Another female staff (Surname Fan?) , in darker uniform, had no eye contact when i spoke to her, and was very dismissive.
Room was big and spacious. Neat and clean.
Shower water pressure was terrible. Dinner was served in a back room meant for staff. At the restaurant no one can speak proper English. Vegetarian options were very limited.
Nice food, big rooms. Good position, gym and pool.
Sink in my room was somehow broken, that’s the only problem I had
It has very nice location, beautiful and quiet. The room is spacious and breakfast is average. Overall, it’s a nice hotel.
The breakfast and lobby could be better.
Great choice, food was fresh
Would really enjoy a great cup of coffee in the morning however this is difficult to find anywhere in China
Rooms are comfortable enough and have a nice river view. Breakfast was okay too.
The hotel is a bit too far from some main sightseeing points and also the pool needs some renovations.
Cheese kinds on breakfast is so little bit.
Breakfast is terrible less choice and not delicious at all
