Pros:

We had wonderful stay with my family. Hotel was very clean and staff were very helpful and friendly specially the front office a lady name Nishana was very nice and polite and who help us to celebrate our anniversary. We leave good memories there. Also all hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. And there is very good WiFi so people who work by online it’s a great place good entertainment as well. Thank you very much for everyone and we definitely looking forward to come back again.

If the Food ordered from outside they hotel policy is that they cant provide the plates and spoons itseems,
The restaurant closed by 10:30 PM which need to be corrected because people come from places to relax after a hectic schedule and suddenly you see no food after 10:30PM is not acceptable. On top of this the cable connection in room don't have any other channel other than Malayalam, which is not correct. I wanted to watch sports and news so when checked it was not working and some music channel in other language also just came for few secs and after that it was audio only and display. I had requested to correct it during my stay but after the technician visit the same issue persisted. When running a hotel, it shud provide all the amenities. Another point i noticed was while booking it showed the have spa but when i had check-in they said its being longtime that they have shut down the service which is misleading in BOOKING.COM. I appreciate to look into and give correct info to customers.
