سكنت في غرفه رقم 505 وكان موظفين الخدمه مزعجين ويتحدثون بصوت عالي وضحك هستيري يومياً الفندق سيئ جداً بالخدمه وغرف ضيقه جداً جداً
خدمة الموظفين سيئه طلبت منهم بطانيه اضافيه اكثر من 3 مرات ولم يحضروها

Номера были чистыми и комфортными. Персонал очень вежливый, дружелюбный и всегда был готов помочь, если возникали вопросы. Завтраки были хорошими и вкусными. Мы уже останавливались в этом отеле дважды и остались довольны своим выбором. Для дальнейшего улучшения было бы замечательно добавить на завтрак больше выпечки и несколько дополнительных горячих блюд. Также было бы полезно немного улучшить скорость и стабильность Wi-Fi, особенно для гостей, которым необходимо работать из номера.

Cons:

Существенных недостатков не было. Всё соответствовало ожиданиям.

Отличный городской отель. Очень чистый и комфортный. Расположен в шаговой доступности от площади Аксарай (метро, остановка городских автобусов и автобусов Хаваист). Из приятных бонусов бесплатная возможность отдохнуть в хаммаме.
Завтраки скромные, но всё свежее и вкусное.

Cons:

К сожалению, не работала сауна.

Sieht schöner aus, als es ist.
Pros:

Das Hotel wurde kürzlich renoviert und befindet sich in der Nähe einer Moschee.

Cons:

Wenn man mit der Metro vom Flughafen anreist und zu Fuß zum Hotel gehen möchte, muss man einen ziemlich steilen Anstieg bewältigen. Das sollte man bei der Lage berücksichtigen.
Trotz der kürzlich durchgeführten Renovierung gibt es bereits Schimmel an der Decke, was keinen guten Eindruck macht.
Das Frühstück war sehr eintönig und leider eines der schwächsten, die ich bisher in Istanbul erlebt habe. Die Auswahl war begrenzt und bot kaum Abwechslung.
Außerdem habe ich Besuch bekommen, dem vom Personal nicht erlaubt wurde, mit mir auf das Zimmer zu gehen. Ob dies eine spezielle Regel des Hotels oder allgemein üblich ist, wurde mir nicht klar erklärt.
