Cómoda y muy buena
Pros:

La habitación es grande, súper cómoda, calientita por qué en mi estancia en Estambul hubo mucho frío, la atención del personal fue excepcional, el desayuno muy rico todos los días

Pros:

En general todo muy bien. Se duerme estupendamente, las camas y y almohadas son super cómodas y todo está muy limpio. Además, la ubicación es perfecta y queda cerca del transporte público y de la mezquita azul y santa sofia. El personal es amable y todo está muy limpio.

Cons:

Lo único que mejoraría es el desayuno porque eché en falta fruta y algo de bollería. Los mantecados estaban muy buenos y el café también.

Clean, comfortable, save and perfect location
Pros:

I stayed at Piano Forte Hotel in Istanbul and had a great experience. They kindly upgraded my room, which was spacious, clean, and beautiful. Room service was excellent, and the staff were always friendly and helpful.
I traveled solo as a woman to buy my wedding dress, and I felt very safe and comfortable throughout my stay, which meant a lot to me.
The location is perfect—right by Fevzipaşa Caddesi, full of bridal shops and a major destination for wedding dress shopping. You can easily walk everywhere.
I would highly recommend this hotel, especially for women traveling to Istanbul for bridal shopping.

Cons:

Could be noisy at times but most hotels located in the city are like that…

Podrían variar un poco el desayuno, i la habitación que nos dieron entraba ruido de afuero, pedimos el cambio y estaba todo lleno

Pros:

Accueil chaleureux, personnel à l'écoute, chambre confortable et propre. Petit déjeuner très bien avec les spécialités Turque. Le spa est aussi très bien avec du personnel adorable aux petits soins, un vrai moment de pure détente, merci Sarah🤗.

Отличный сити-отель в центре города
Pros:

Отличное место расположения, рядом много магазинов, кафе, остановка метро и автобусов.
В пешей доступности все основные достопримечательности.
В номере было чисто, отзывчивый персонал, вкусные завтраки

Decent for the price
Pros:

The location is very convenient, with both tram and metro stations nearby, as well as several bus options. The room and bathroom were spacious and fairly clean. The breakfast was decent, and the staff were very kind and helpful.
The beds and pillows were comfortable, and the room stayed pleasantly warm even without using the air conditioning. I also appreciated the powerful hairdryer in the bathroom, which was a nice touch.

Cons:

I’m not convinced the hotel is very well maintained. For example, the mirror in one of the elevators was broken, and the sauna was not functioning. We were looking forward to using the SPA, but the staff had to turn on the steam room specifically for us. The SPA area itself felt quite unkempt, with random items like mattresses and storage bins left around, which made the experience unpleasant.
The breakfast was fairly mediocre - adequate, but nothing particularly noteworthy.
In the bathroom, the sink drain was clogged, causing the water to drain very slowly. There was also no proper place to hang wet towels after showering, so we had to put them back on the same hanger. The room felt quite humid, or possibly the sheets were made from a non-breathable material, as I found myself sweating every night despite not using the air conditioning.
Overall, I would say the photos reflect the reality to some extent, but they feel slightly enhanced.

Pros:

The staff was very kind and they helped us with the airport shuttle which is very important because the city is very crowded. The room was very clean,the beds were comfortable and they cleaned the room every day. Overall,it was a pleasant experience.

Cons:

The walls are a bit thin and you can hear some noises from the other rooms.
The breakfast was almost the same every day but it was good.

Un hotel bun pret-calitate in care as mai revenii cu drag!
Pros:

Mi-a placut foarte mult hotelul pentru ca este nou, recent deschis din 2023. Faptul ca este nou, modern si cu aspect minimalist. Foarte curat si ingrijit! Am apreciat curatenia care a fost facuta in fiecare zi atat in camera cat si in baie, prosoapele schimbate zilnic iar asternutul dupa 3 nopti, fara sa le cer eu. Eu am petrecut 6 nopti si sincer as mai sta, cu siguranta o sa mai revin.
Micul de jun destul de bun, aceleasi preparate in fiecare zi dar ai ce alege si manca.
Spa inclus in pret care include: hammam si sauna. Nu au piscina!
Personalul hotelului de nota 10, foarte amabili si vorbesc bine engleza! Le multumesc foarte mult pentru primirea ospitaliera si ajutorul pe care mi l-au oferit cu bagajele.

Cons:

Un mic minus a fost doar galagia din hotel, am stat la etajul 1 aproape de lift si scari. Peretii sunt destul de subtiri si se aude cam tot ce se intampla in alte camere sau pe hol. De la aspirator, lucrari/reparatii si vocile din camere dar si de pe hol. Personal nu m-a deranjat foarte tare, a fost acceptabil.
