Pros:

We absolutely enjoyed this hotel. The location is close to old town and very close to train station.
The staff is amazing .. nothing is a problem.
Room is a good size and good bathroom.

Cons:

It could be noisy from outside if we keep windows open, easily fixable by closing the windows

Ideal für einen Zwischenstopp für die Fahrt von Norditalien nach Norddeutschland
Pros:

Ideal ist die Nähe zur Altstadt. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das reichhaltige Frühstück gab es in einem schönen Frühstücksraum. Für uns war wichtig, unsere Fahrräder sicher unterstellen zu können.

Die Lage zum Zentrum, Personal durchweg nett und hilfsbereit. Parkhaus 3 Minuten entfernt.

Cons:

Zimmer 3 Stock ziemlich warm und nur 1 kleines Fenster. Dusche wenig wasserdruck. Absolutes no go, eine Stufe zur Toilette, ungefähr 20 Zentimeter. Bißchen riskant wenn man nachts zur Toilette muss.

A warm, family style, highly efficient hotel with perfect locations and excellent hospitality.
Pros:

The staff are exceptional friendly and attentive. breakfast is good. Location is perfect. A very satisfying experience.

Cons:

They should sell beer here. Not water boiler. Refrigerator is not big enough… that’s area of improvement😂

Ein sehr gutes Hotel, günstig gelegen mit viel Tradition und Stil
Pros:

Nur wenige Minute vom Hbf entfernt und in kurzer Laufweite zur Altstadt ist die Lage ideal. Supermarkt, Lokale, alles in kurzer Laufdistanz. Bei 32 Grad Außentemperatur ist ein klimatisiertes Zimmer bei mir Pflicht. Hat super gepasst. Das Zimmer groß, geräumig, Sofa, Schreibtisch, gutes Bad. Antialkoholische Getränke in der Minibar kostenfrei. Alles in einem sehr guten Verhältnis zum Preis. Das passt!

Cons:

Einziges kleines Manko- der fehlende Wasserkocher auf dem Zimmer. Das ist heute oft schon Standard und trägt erheblich zur Aufenthaltsqualität bei.

A bit expensive but a nice hotel.
Pros:

Good location for both the city and the train station. Quiet area at night. The staff were nice and friendly, especially the breakfast staff.

Cons:

Breakfast was a little sparse and the set up of the room is quite cramped around the buffet. The rooms are very small and quite expensive for what you are paying.

I came back at 12 pm and couldn’t get in! Eventually the manager came down 1.1/2 hours later😩I was very upset as I have a worn out hip and was in extreme pain due to standing

Pros:

L'hôtel est très accessible, proche de la gare de Freiburg. Le personnel de l'hôtel est très accueillant et courtois. Ma chambre, grande et propre, donnait directement sur le parc adjacent à l'hôtel, par conséquent la vue était très agréable, et l'environnement calme.
