Everything
No complaints, staff were lovely, room was clean and comfortable and breakfast was lovely.
Good value for money.
Nothing
Nice atmosphere from the moment you step into Reception

Lovely room great views with its little balcony.
Due to the age of the building the floor boards in the hallway when walked on are really noisy. Mould on the bathroom skylight. A bottle of water in the fridge would have been a welcomed addition.
slow service at supper
Clean, smart, comfortable hotel, on the main road from Aberdeen centre, and only a couple of miles from my relatives, so very conveniently located for me.
Friendly staff.
Comfortable bed.
My only problem was with the bar/pub attached to the hotel. I was warned in advance that it wouldn't be too friendly, and that dogs might be a problem in the bar.
This prophecy proved to be very accurate, I didn't stay long.
The location was ideal as we were meeting a friend who lived in Cults.
Nothing really.
This was my return visit to the Cults Hotel after a gap of almost forty years. Sadly it was after attending a funeral in Cults.
The hotel has a great location on North Deeside Road with a decent amount of parking at the entrance to the hotel.
The hotel has a very pleasing appearance both inside and outside. Our party made use of an upstairs reception room and a very nice funeral tea was made available to us. All staff that I encountered were friendly and helpful.
One major difference I noticed from my visit in the 80s was that a lift is now installed. A great benefit to anyone with disability problems.
The room was spotless and the hotel is nicely situated for shops .
The parking. The room I was in was noisy from staff I think sitting outside, also there was a container outside my window full of cigarette buts not the ideal thing you want to see.
Comfortable beds, everything was very clean and staff were friendly
Parking was an issue
Breakfast was ok and dinners were good
No shelf to put things in the bathroom.
