They’ve Cancelled my Booking and asked to pay more and informed ₹2699+taxes/- for 24 hr Room, on the discount she has given me for ₹2500/- by saying with me that she has given me special discount, later I asked her the checkout time, she said after 12 hrs… and I asked her that the checkout will be after 24hrs!!! She ignored and replied that I need to pay the actual price without discount!!!

If this the thing with her!! Why does she need to say the price has been discounted??

I recently had the pleasure of staying at De Crown Luxury Hotel in Kakinada, and it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The staff were incredibly friendly, always greeting me with a smile and ready to assist with anything I needed. Their hospitality truly made me feel at home.

The room was beautifully maintained, with modern amenities and a relaxing ambiance. I particularly loved how quiet the area was, allowing me to have a peaceful and restful sleep. Despite being in a calm residential location, the hotel is conveniently situated near the city center

Not a pleasant stay
Pros:

Nothing to like there. It was a compromise stay for less than 16 hours.

Cons:

Name seen on the streets DE CROWN DE ALPHABET HOTEL.

Entire name is changed. Searching location was a problem. Tariff rate difference while check-in between OYO and hotel. Paid the tariff as told in hotel itself. Had no choice at 3 pm to negotiate over the counter.

Water is very hard. No attached restaurant. Good that I did not take breakfast including package.

Excellent Stay with Great Food, Hygienic Rooms, and Exceptional Service

I had a wonderful stay at De Crown Luxury Hotel in Kakinada. The food was delicious and of great quality, while the rooms were clean and hygienic. The staff were extremely helpful, offering excellent service throughout my stay. I was also impressed with the complimentary items, which were of good quality. Overall, a very pleasant and comfortable experience!
