Pros:

Good budget accomodation option with a good location for all the major sights . The room I stayed in was a good size . The wifi was terrible though and kept dropping out

Appalling communication. A young woman from Indonesia with scant reception and service skills was left in charge while the "boss" relayed instructions digitally. There was no-one there when I arrived and when I went to the room that I thought was allocated to me sent a WhatsApp message to see if it was correct. It was but once installed the receptionist was sent to get more money from me. I was told it was a deluxe room and cost more. I don't know what was deluxe about it. Maybe the mould on the bathroom ceiling. Noone had said it was a more expensive room. I was there 9 days and never offered clean towels or sheets. You need a code to get in front door but this was not sent in advance. I got in when someone left the premises. An awful experience all round.

We stayed with my husband for 8 days in one of the apartment it's clean small bed rooms with a shared kitchen with the two other rooms in our floor ,except it not having an elevator we where on the 4th floor and we had a lot of luggage so you caN see why but yeah we enjoyed our stay there. and the owner mustafa if i am not wrong was so communicative about every thing and so helpful

Property is very conjusted and nonmore then 4 people can stay, amenities were poor even didnt hivae water for tge whole day and the property management fails to provide us the amenities on our request as well. Poor internet as well, only best thing about the property is in walking distance of some attraction in sultanemet old town.

Best budget hotel in prime location.. met my expectation for price and I recommend the hotel based on price.. it is value for money.. you figure things on your own of nearby activities.. we took it from local travel agent for bosphorous cruise and city tour .. other things such has blue mosque grandbazar and other shopping is all nearby walking.. many resto near by as well.. at the hotel you can cook too if you are on budget and grocery is near by and cheap

Pros:

I am completely satisfied with this hotel. Clean rooms, public kitchen on each floor, microwave ovens, washing machines. The only disadvantage is the street below, a bit noisy.

Otel temizlik, hijyen, konfor olarak çok iyi durumda. Otelden ziyade ev rahatlığı yaşatan bir işletme. Otel sahibi çok ilgili, çok samimi. Eksik bir şey bulamadığım bir oteldi.
