Good location.
I made a mistake, and forgot that I did not pre pay for the hotel thru Booking.com. That is entirely my fault, however, how they chose to handle the situation was a complete disaster.
They demanded that I wire them money, to their BIDV account, mind you it was a holiday weekend, literally impossible to do so. There is no option to pay thru a link, or on a website. Every back alley bike rental I have used here has an option to pay by link on WhatsApp.
I suggested booking a non refundable room and canceling, they said no, they can't do that. Then they decided they could, great, I booked a room, canceled, money left my account. They now refuse to send a receipt of payment, or answer my messages on Booking.com
. I recognize that my mistake started this, but the way they chose to handle it, and their options for handling it, left much to be desired.

Breakfast was nice
It's a basic but comfortable hotel in a good location (near center) and also within walking distance of some restaurants. Some areas of the hotel seem newer, and other parts older. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was an ok buffet. Big room and decent balcony.
Some facilities (bathroom faucet, etc.) were a bit old and loose.
