Pros:

We liked the size of the room and the view from our private balcony. We also liked the pool. The food at the restaurants was extremely tasty however it was overally priced and small potion-sized, almost like tapas.

Cons:

The main reason we picked this hotel was because of their own Cenote. It was not clean at all, and we did not see anyone go in it. When we arrived, the bathroom door was 2/3 shut and it would not open. We informed the front desk staff regarding this issue and it took them 3 days to fix it. The staff only asked us once to clean the room during our 4 day stay.There were bugs in side our hotel room, the water pressure for the shower was not great and water would get everywhere. The AC would often not work. The front desk staff is not friendly at all. The wifi does not work, and it is VERY FAR from downtown and the hotel zone. Furthermore, I would only recommend this hotel for the morning view.

Tulum desde la selva
Pros:

Mi pareja y yo nos hospedamos hace poco en este lugar de Tulum y la experiencia estuvo genial.

Lo que más nos voló la cabeza es que tienen su propio cenote privado, un puntazo a favor.

El sitio es precioso y está totalmente integrado con la naturaleza; la arquitectura respeta el entorno y eso te transmite una paz y una tranquilidad increíbles desde que llegas.

Además, el ambiente es súper relajado, las habitaciones están impecables, la limpieza es de diez y el personal te trata de maravilla.

Se nota que es un concepto diferente a lo que te encuentras normalmente por la zona, sin duda, un rincón muy especial en Tulum si quieres relax time

Cons:

Hay mucho personal, en estos sitios con tanto movimiento es muy fácil que si te despistas en alguna zona comun, te dejas algo y se pierde... luego ya no aparezca... El resto todo genial

Beautiful tranquil oasis with all you need
Pros:

One of the most beautiful places I’ve stayed, gorgeous rooms and huge! super quiet and tropical loved it.

Cons:

A couple of things , first the door was broken and wouldn’t lock.. after it was fixed the next day housekeeping came but then didn’t lock my room all day and I had film equipment in there. Staff rectified and were really friendly. Didn’t realise the bar was under renovations so was a bit noisy with construction and a shake we could use but we were out most of the time

Todo , las habitaciones muy lindas y cómodas , la arquitectura preciosa , la comida muy rica y el personal muy amable

Cons:

La ducha es una bañera y no es muy práctica para bañarse. Y se nos fue la luz un día y duró muchas horas en volver , no te envían planta eléctrica, estuvimos a punto de tener que buscar otro hotel para pasar la noche

Un nido en medio del paraíso.
Pros:

Estaba todo super bien cuidado. El personal excelente, la fusión con el entorno de 10 y las piscinas y el jardín maravilloso. Su personal super amable.

Cons:

La limpieza de las piscinas. Deberían limpiar más las hojas y el verdín de las paredes.
