Honestly, what a place. Absolutely beyond expectations. I only booked 1 night but wish I did more but nonetheless it was an amazing 1 night. There is not 1 single bad thing to say. Everything exceptional, truly!
Amazing hotel in a stunning setting where nature is beautifully integrated into the surroundings. The rooms are very clean, the staff is friendly, and the restaurant is absolutely excellent. A truly wonderful place to stay.
C’était vraiment magique, chambre spacieuse avec un magnifique décoration avec piscine privée. Les repas dont également très goûteux et gourmet. Bravo au chef cuisiner. Vous pouvez monter en haut du mirador pour admirer la vue.

We had an amazing stay at Kan Tulum and can only say positive things about our experience.
The hotel is beautiful, our room was stunning and perfectly maintained, and the whole property has such a peaceful, magical atmosphere. The biggest highlight for us was the cenote right in front of our room — we were soooo amazed by its beauty. Waking up to that view every day felt unreal.
The reception staff and restaurant team were incredibly friendly and professional, and we even had the chance to meet the two owners at checkout — they were truly exceptional.
Everything felt thoughtful and full of heart. We are very grateful and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Staff were friendly, room was spacious, environment was nice, property looked relatively new.
Open concept rain shower over the bathtub made the shower area very wet, lack of comforts like tissue paper in the room, no hand soap by the sink. The only windows were full length facing the walkway and lacked privacy. Location was far from both downtown Tulum and the beach area, going anywhere far requires getting fleeced hard by the taxis

We had a room on the 2nd level looking into the trees full of birds. The beds are so comfy, the interior is beautifully design and the wooden structure with the plants feels like you stay in the jungle. Love the cenote and protected pool (when it is windy outside it is still cozy the at pool). The hotel is close to the city but quietly located. Staff is super friendly and helpful and the food was really delicious. Would always come back

The hotel was wonderful! We absolutely loved everything about our stay. The staff was wonderful and you could use WhatsApp to immediately get assistance with anything from booking tours to basic questions about your room. The food was fantastic, the drinks were delightful and accommodations were fantastic. We had a tour canceled (scheduled with an outside party) a couple days before its start date and the hotel staff was eager to help. We ended up not doing a tour, but renting bikes, visiting a cenote and having lunch in the town. It was really an amazing trip that was all facilitated through casual conversation with employees who were super friendly. I have crazy diet restrictions due to allergies, which they were not only able to accommodate but also had multiple options for me. The breakfast was very delicious and filling and their cold brew coffee was on point. For lunch I had the best vegan sandwich i've ever had! For the two dinners we had, we shared a variety of plates and were extremely pleased with everything. My wife and I got massages at the resort and they were also amazing. I dont get massages often, but my wife does and said that her massage was among the best she's ever had. We will definitely be back next time we come to Tulum!
These are not negatives for us, but may be for others. The hotel has a very private feel. Some of our meals we were the only ones in the dining room. Many of the tours have a pickup before 8 and breakfast / coffee does not open until 8.
