Een ervaring.
Pros:

Het was een oase van rust en comfort. Een sprookje en het eten in het bijgelegen restaurant was meer dan geweldig.

Er waren weinig ligbedden bij het zwembad, maar daar wordt aan gewerkt.

PFFF Tout simplement MAGIQUE!
Pros:

Waouh… Tout simplement époustouflant!!!!! Dès notre arrivée, nous avons eu l'impression d'entrer dans un autre monde!!! En pleine nature, on se croirait dans un hôtel niché au cœur des arbres. Le cadre est magnifique, paisible et absolument magique.

Notre chambre était, je dirais, plutôt grande, très confortable et décorée avec beaucoup de goût!! La literie est excellente! Il y avait un petit réfrigérateur ainsi qu'une carafe d'eau à disposition, des attentions toujours appréciées.

La petite cénote est toute mignonne et parfaite dans ce cadre. Nous y avons même aperçu de petites tortues :) Un moment vraiment agréable.

J'avais lu plusieurs commentaires sur le personnel, mais pour notre part, nous n'avons absolument rien à redire. Chacun a sa personnalité : certains sont plus démonstratifs que d'autres, mais nous avons été bien accueillis. Le personnel est sympathique, disponible et fait très bien son travail. J'avais lu certains commentaires, donc j'avais quelques appréhensions, mais en définitive... Je pense que c'est surtout une question de personnalité et non de professionnalisme.

Nous avons également eu la chance de croiser le propriétaire par hasard. Il est très chaleureux et passionné!! Des travaux étaient en cours pendant notre séjour, mais nous n'avons entendu aucun bruit. Si je le précise, c'est parce qu'au vu de ce qui est en train d'être réalisé, je suis convaincue que cet endroit deviendra encore plus spectaculaire!!!

Mention spéciale au café de l'établissement : les brookies sont délicieux et le matcha latté est un vrai régal :) :) Il faut absolument y aller!

Je me suis promenée le soir dans le domaine et je m'y suis sentie vraiment très bien! Vraiment j'ai adoré. L'atmosphère est apaisante et l'on s'y sent en sécurité.

Franchement, c'est un lieu que je recommande sans hésiter. On y vit une véritable expérience, bien plus qu'un simple séjour.

Cons:

Rien n'est parfait malheureusement, donc il y a toujours des choses à redire😂. C'est le prix de l'excellence, mais je suis sûre que cela s'améliorera!!
Le seul véritable bémol concerne les petites piscines situées devant les chambres... Vraiment dommage... Dans celle de notre chambre, il y avait deux grosses touffes de cheveux, ce qui ne m'a pas donné envie d'y tremper ne serait-ce qu'un pied. Je pense que j'aurais peut-être simplement dû signaler son état pour qu'elle soit nettoyée, ce que je n'ai pas fait. J'aurais préféré ne pas avoir à le faire quoi qu'il en soit.

Autre point qui m'a un peu surprise : c'est l'un des rares établissements où l'on m'a demandé un dépôt de garantie à l'arrivée, mais il m'a été intégralement restitué au moment du départ. Au final, cela ne nous a posé aucun problème. Nous sommes dans un autre pays, avec des habitudes qui peuvent être différentes des nôtres, surtout que compagnon m'a d'ailleurs rappelé que nous avions reçu un message à ce sujet avant notre arrivée, donc c'était bien indiqué !!

Amazing hotel with fantastic staff. Restaurant was great too!
Pros:

The hotel was such a gem of a place and so glad I found it. The staff were amazing and so very helpful. I had a medical situation with my husband being rushed to hospital and the manger was just absolutely fantastic. She stayed with me and helped to translate. I could not sing her praises enough.

We ended up staying longer and I am so glad we did it was just what we needed. Highly recommend it.

The location is quite easy to get to the town centre too!

The cenote in the centre of the hotel was a lovely feature.

- Gorgeous design with unique style
- The artificial cenote with the bar next to it was just amazing 🤩
- beautiful view from our balcony over the pool and the garden

Cons:

- For a hotel resort in the nature and not really close to the town, laundry service is a Must
- The balcony was so nice with beautiful view, but it would've been great if it was private and secured with a door or something better than a rope!
- The restaurant food/ drinks was really overpriced!

Listing lies but lovely stay
Pros:

The place really is beautiful amongst the trees and by the cenote. The rooms are spacious, the bed large and comfortable. It's worth it for the price although download the InDrive app to order taxis, will be half the price the hotel taxis will charge

Cons:

We initially booked this place as the listing said there was a tumble dryer in the room. Upon arrival we found out there isn't and they only offered to recommend a nearby laundromat, no offer to pay, no discounts or anything. There was also "hot tub" mentioned in the listing, it's just a bath.
