It was so comforting to receive WhatsApp messages from the resort, even before our arrival, and updates all the time . The friendly reception and personal assistance right through our stay was excellent. I reported a water leak in our bathroom,which was attended to immediately. The free snorkeling outing was the best treat possible. The atmosphere of Palm Beach resort outdo all the other resorts we paid a visit to. The message at the resort was so relaxing. The breakfast was a treat and the restaurant serves mouthwatering dishes. The price and location was perfect. I hope to return one day.
The STAFF! Oh my god they were so amazing. It really exceeds my expectation. The treatment they have for all the guest are equal. They will exert extra effort to make sure you are taken care of. And that really made a difference.

They have friendly and helpful staff and if you stay here you have multiple facilities in PiliPili hotel chain.
We had an early check-in and they keept our luggages safe and we could enjoy sun beds and relax until our room was ready.

The location on the beach and how the resort is extended over a long beach front was amazing
from the moment I stepped into the resort and the stuff on the front disk was a bit hard to deal with, the didnt want to allow me into my room becaus ethey dont have a confirmation from there ccounting about the payment (card details was provided through booking) after a short encounter i mansged to convince them to alow me in then check later.
the room is more like a jail cell on the beach, the main door, the windows, even the bath sink, its a very cheap room, that u need to suffer every time to come in or our the room with the bicycle lock they use as the room lock, the more surprising that there is no AC in this room, its partially my fault becaus eI didnt check but I also didbt expect a room with with this price without an AC. last but not least, the breakfast, which is included in the price, however they only surve a fruits platter and some juice, and a menu with prices to chose extra items if you need. while checking out the manger is denying this fact and confirming that we can order the breakfast without charge. over all I was not happy with chosing this facility

A fantastic stay, everything clean and tidy, friendly and always smiling staff, very good and tasty food, location on the beach, you can always admire the sunrise and sunset, clean and tidy pool,Whatever you need, just talk to Jonas, the hotel manager, and it will be resolved immediately, I highly recommend!!! Very nice staff, very friendly and helpful, I did really enjoyed the stay here, especially Hussein was very caring and very easy to talk to person to rearrange or do stuff for you to your liking, he was often asking if everything was alright or if he can help with something, etc. also room cleaning was great, good location, food was also nice
Polish owners, very greedy for taxi, almost double the amount, really don't recommend it to take a taxi from them
