Facilities and clean, I have to say
I don't understand how this hotel operates. They always make me work with Booking.com for everything. Firstly, this was a business trip, and for some reason, I didn't receive a guest invoice. They said they absolutely couldn't provide one and insisted that Booking.com do it. I also requested a change to the checkout date very early on, but they didn't resolve that and insisted I work with Booking.com. I even sent a support request to Booking.com, but they said they sent the request to the hotel but received no response.
I actually contacted the hotel directly and sent many messages, but they ignored me. I know they still read them because my check-in time request was accepted on the first day via message on Booking.com.
The hotel doesn't work with people who book through Booking.com. I have to say, they ignore all customer requests.
Insulting / my wife has her period like any other woman in the world, and then they decide to take away or deposit. Injustice an insult to female rights.

The swimming pool was fantastic, clean room.
I never felt accepted as a guest at this hotel. I was often asked to pay for things upfront, even though I wanted to settle my entire bill at the end due to colossal overseas charges on my credit card. At dinner, a waitress said no problem, then said I must pay because reception said so, this was really embarrassing and ruined my stay after a hard week of work in Phnom Penh. I raised this twice, lovely staff at the reception, but no action whatsoever, could not seem to contact a manager. Several times I was assured I would get a response - never happened! JUST NEVER FELT WELCOME and for the price I paid, this was not a good deal at all.

Smoking smell on lobby
This hotel is wonderful but the only issue is location which is quite far from city center and nightlife areas of tourists.

Everything was great
Bedrooms where clean, modern and spacious
Jingdi Polman. Targets the Chinese market and has no Cambodian feel, spirit or culture.
Location is so bad. Miles away for anything and 10km to the city centre.
No gym.. under construction
No towels at the pool.
No roof top bar.
The only thing the hotel offers is a pool with a crane view

The WiFi in the lobby didn’t work.
It is an unfinished hotel that shouldn’t be advertising features unavailable.
This is by far the worst 5* on the planet.
They made me pay upfront plus a deposit.
Breakfast was good the food was delicious. The staff were very friendly the room was spacious.
The sky bar , gym and mart were not open yet which i was the most looking forward to , the location was far from the shops and malls which would have been ok if the mart was open
