Great location
Pros:

Great location, good food. Room was great.

Cons:

Pillows are awful! Not comfortable. TV didn’t work properly, reported to staff and wasn’t fixed.

A nice fun comfortable stay with some room for improvements.
Pros:

Room was comfortable and spacious. Televisions were large in all rooms.

Cons:

We had a two-bedroom room and the room with queen bed had almost zero area to unpack and store clothes. There was no place at all to hang clothes and only the two very small drawers in the nightstands that may hold one pair of jeans. In regard to the casino, using a player's card was not an option at all as they told us they do not have any players cards. Earning points with play towards future stays was impossible.

Perfect stay downtown.
Pros:

The suite was very cozy and they had all the lights turned on for us when we arrive. Two televisions had our name on them welcoming us to the hotel. Extra touches I thought was cool. Room was very clean, and service was great.

Cons:

The shower in the morning was freezing.
