Worst experience – not worth the price

Cons:

I stayed in Room 202 and it was a very disappointing experience. I booked through Booking.com, but during check-in they charged an extra ₹70 without proper explanation.
We reached Vijayawada around 11:30 PM and arrived at the hotel by 11:45 PM. There was no receptionist available at that time. After calling and waiting for about 15 minutes, he came, but his behavior and way of speaking were not polite.
He asked my husband to go and check the room. When we found that the bathroom light was not working, I requested another room, but he insisted that the AC in this room was good and convinced us to take the same room as we were very tired.
After entering, we were shocked. The bed was very old, pillow covers were not changed, and I even found hair on them. It clearly looked like the bedsheets were not changed after the previous guest.
The bathroom condition was even worse. The door handle was broken, there was no geyser, and although there were separate taps for hot and cold water, hot water was not available. The bucket had holes, the mug was very small, and the bathroom itself was tiny. The commode was also very loose.
I paid ₹1390 for this room, which was completely not worth it. The maintenance is very poor.
Even though we checked in late at night, the receptionist strictly told us to vacate by 11 AM the next day. We had darshan and pooja, so we returned around 11:30 AM, and he kept rushing us to vacate quickly, which was very uncomfortable.
Overall, I did not like the behavior of the staff, especially the receptionist, and the room pricing is too high for such poor conditions.

Pros:

Agreed to pay money at hotel - 3 days receive a call to pay money online link, ready to pay due to security reasons stopped myself. But real situation when reached to hotel workers mention hotel was closed 4 days back for repairs, never informed to customer
