Pros:

Nice hotel for the price.

Cons:

I think hotel need to add regular non see through doors at bathrooms.

Excelente ubicación, cerca de todo !!!

Me gusto mucho la ubicación, saliendo del hotel esta la estación del metro Pino Suárez y caminando a unas cuantas cuadras está el Zócalo de la Ciudad de México, también hay muchas tiendas alrededor, por si hay necesidad de comprar algo. En mi caso particular que acudí al Maratón de la Ciudad de México, el lugar fue perfecto ya que saliendo del hotel está el servicio de autobuses gratuito que te llevan hasta Ciudad Universitaria.

Cons:

Seía bueno agregar amenidades a la habitación, como cafetera, vasos, plancha, secadora, etc., de todo lo demás está bien, de acuerdo al precio de la estancia.

Cumplidor, buena atención del personal
Pros:

Para la categoría que tiene es muy buen hotel, la ubicación es muy buena, a unos pasos del metro, me sorprendió su cama que era muy cómoda. El desayuno era bueno. No te esperes acabados de un súper hotel, cumple con estar limpio y cómodo para una estadía de paso por la ciudad.

La habitación es amplia, la cama y las almohadas son muy cómodas, las instalaciones bonitas, el hotel está a unos metros del metro Pino Suárez.

Cons:

Se escucha mucho ruido del pasillo, nos tocaron de vecinos unos huéspedes que corrían por el pasillo y hacian mucho ruido.

En la plataforma me aparecia un costo total de la habitación, al hacer el pago respectivo me dicen que falta una cantidad de impuestos y me lo mandan por Whatsapp, y al llegar a la recepción me cobran otra cantidad diferente a la que me enviaron, se lo mencioné a la persona de recepción pero no dió respuesta alguna fue una diferencia muy poca como de $20 pesos. Pero no me gustó la acción.

Y la toalla que pusieron estaba rota.
De ahí en fuera todo bien con el hotel.

Perfect!
Pros:

Tout, la gentillesse du personnel, le positive vibes de toutes les personnes qu'y travaillent, très proche du centre et du métro, les lits très confortables, la chambre très propre et le resto très bon avec du personnel tellement gentil (Yvonne 🎉) . Notre meilleur hôtel au Mexique, bravo à tous.
