Estaba muy fría la habitación, y eso que no tenía A/C.

El desayuno y la cercanía al metro.
Mucho ruido por las casas cercanas, aunque claramente no es atribuible al hotel. El personal quizás pudiera ser más amable.
El desayuno es variado, y con fruta y buena comida.
La cama estaba dura y las dabanas asperas, creo que podrían mejorar en ese aspecto. Fuera de eso bien.
My connecting flight out of Mexico City was delayed by 2 days and so I booked this hotel last minute for a 2 night stay. It was reasonably close to the airport, and I just used it as a place to rest as I was 32 hours into my journey home and was very tired when I arrived. It was quiet and comfortable, a good place to rest. The hotel restaurant provided a good free hot breakfast, and a paid dinner. The food was good and the staff were really kind and helpful. The desk staff were as well. They booked me a taxi for a 2:45 AM departure. Everything went very smoothly.

La gente que nos atendió al momento de nuestro Check out no fue muy amable y cuando preguntamos si podíamos dejar nuestro equipaje después de nuestro Check out sí nos lo permitieron, pero nos pusieron mala cara.
