Nem volt komfortos, nem mennék vissza.
Pros:

Szuper elhelyezkedés. Szép, új hatású bútorral felszerelt szobák. Nagy terasz, jó kilátás. A szállásadó azonnal válaszol, gyorsan teljesíti a kéréseket. Kaptunk plusz törölközőket is kérésre.

Cons:

Nagyon nyikorog a padló es a mennyezet, sokszor felkeltünk arra ha valaki elment pl. Wc-re. Elég idegesítő. A matrac nem volt túl kényelmes. A képekből nem egyértelmű hogy a penthause opció belső kétszintes, lent a 2 szoba + konyha, fent a nappali, fürdő, terasz. Sok és magas lépcsőfokok, kényelmetlen. Tusfürdő nincs. A legrosszabb a wc ülőke volt mert ha nem tartod a kezeddel lecsukódik, egy szivaccsal kellett kitámasztanunk. A kanapé kissé foltos.

Pros:

Sehr gute Lage, nur wenige Gehminuten vom Galata-Turm entfernt. Das Zimmer war sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt braucht. Der Kontakt mit dem Besitzer war stets freundlich und problemlos. Ich komme gerne wieder.

Place was nice mainly because of the terrace view
Pros:

Central location, close to the metro station. Amazing terrace with beautiful view over the city and the water.

Cons:

The standard is not so good - bed frame was loose, loose toilet seat, lots of stairs and living room separated (upper floor) from the kitchen so you need to carry everything upstairs which in my case (traveling with older parents) wasn’t ideal.

Zentral
Pros:

Die Lage war sehr zentral in der Nähe des Galatasaray Turms in einer Seitengasse der Touristenstraße. Daher war es nachts auch ruhig.

Cons:

Das Zimmer wirkt auf den Bildern größer. Der Ausblick auf den Bosporus war ok aber direkt mit einer Baustelle vorm Fenster. Wir waren übers Wochenende dort und es wurde in der Zeit nicht auf der Baustelle gearbeitet. Es hätte etwas sauberer sein können und eine Möglichkeit sich bequem hinzusetzen ohne im Bett zu liegen wäre schön gewesen.

Exceptional
Pros:

The staff seemed very happy to work there so they were very warm and inviting to guests. The rooms were clean and the resort was lovely. The resort was well staffed and not so big that you don't get personal service.

Cons:

It is a little out of the way, but that isn't really a negative unless you are looking for tons of touristy shops or night life.

We had an issue with a bed but this was resolve very quickly and professionally

Do not go there if you do not want to ruin your vacation.
Pros:

Location is great. That’s it.

Cons:

First of all, it is dirty. Right at the entrance there is a table with sprays against cockroaches, which in case sprays are not used feel themselves nicely at home. Also many flies and bugs were in the room. Second, the linen as well as towels are exhaustively used and should have been changed centuries ago. Third, the bathroom was probably not cleaned from the very beginning and you cannot fix the shower head, it constantly shifts left. Bathroom is tiny and lacks air extraction fan, so all the humidity goes directly in the sleeping room. Fourth, the room itself is in horrible condition, the paint is flaking off the walls. Fifth, the entrance stinks with pee. The owners invest zero in the apartment. During my several day stay nobody came to at least clean the trash bin. The towels and linen in Turkey cost nothing! Why not to change them to brand new? Just awful place.
