Preis-Leistung stimmt nicht
Pros:

Die Lage war perfekt, da das Hotel praktisch direkt beim Hill Dickinson Stadium liegt, wo ich hin wollte

The location was perfect – the hotel was basically right next to the Hill Dickinson Stadium

Cons:

:

Unfortunately, the value for money is not good: £170 for one person without breakfast is too expensive. The bathroom was not clean (toilet brush had residue), the shower had no pressure, the kettle was limescaled and still had water from the previous guest, and the windows could not be opened. Also, early check-in is not allowed.

PS LB TOUR
Pros:

Fatement friendly, locals not overly welcoming when hanging flags. Good access to the stadium with pub beneath for some decently priced gatter. Would leave capsules out the equation as speakers can be very triggering. Over all great stay

Cons:

Towels were ok but can chaffe your chad resulting in redness, would bring my own just to be on the safe side

Everton Game
Pros:

Excellent location the the everton match which is what we booked it for. Close to the ground and bars.
Clean and tidy. Good shower and wardrobe for storage.

Cons:

We were in room 9 which had a street light directly outside. Even though there was a blind fitted (not very well) the light shone through brighter than the sun. The glazing is also paper thin and doesnt block out any noise. So didnt get a wink of sleep due the light and noise.
Tea and coffee are on a tray on the floor... at least get a side board or wide shelf to put it all on.

Not a hotel and definitely not 5 stars
Pros:

Very close to the Hill Dickinson stadium, basic clean room

Cons:

This isn't a hotel: just rooms with self-check in/out, no housekeeping, no reception, flickering bathroom light. There's also no bar despite being listed. Definitely not a 5 stars hotel as advertised - basic albeit clean room, small travel shampoo bottle, towels, TV and a few instant coffees. WiFi information was incorrect though I figured it out. Very close to Everton stadium but 45min walk to the city centre.

For how much we paid for the night… not value for money… yes it was very clean but that’s the only positive it had
Pros:

It was very tidy and clean

Cons:

Alarms going off when arriving and throughout evening and no power in the morning after the nights stay in room… messaged property to no reply

Pros:

Nothing!

Cons:

Not really a hotel! The is no staff! There is no reception. There is no restaurant! The bar only opens on match day's! The smell in the entire place is horrendous, especially out on the stairs. It's a mouldy damp smell like I've never smelled before. Half the lights in the room didn't work, there was no thermostat and the windows are very old and draughty. Between 3 guests only got 1 room key and laughably 1 tiny shampoo!

Great for matchday visitors
Pros:

Stayed one night for the football. Stadium is bang outside. Very comfortable and clean. Match day parking is very restricted so we parked overnight in Pall Mall NCP carpark a 25 minute walk away. £17.50. Will definitely be looking to book here next time I'm in town for the game
