Rubbish don’t stay , way too exspensive for what you get.

Wonky floor, stained bedding , mattress that went straight through to frame, dirty towels, tv didn’t work, kettle was disgusting , car park didn’t exist , no staff, rude head office staff , broken bedside table and wardrobe, hair in bed, dirty carpet, window shut but let wind in so the room stunk of the water treatment plant, pre used shower gel, mirror light didn’t work

Adequate
Pros:

Hotel wasn’t far from Blackstone which is what we were there for. Hotel beds were comfortable. Easy to access and find.

Cons:

The room wasn’t very clean, there was rubbish in the cabinet. The bed sheets had marks on. One of the beds had no headboard so nothing to sit up on. The electric was tripped when we arrived and had to sort this ourselves, the electric wouldn’t work either the extractor fan on at all. The parking situation is misleading, says there’s on street parking but there isn’t. There were marks on the carpet and beds themselves. It’s definitely not a 5 star more like 3

Pros:

Staff was very friendly. The place was kept clean.

Cons:

Main hallway has worn carpets. The rooms are exceptionally basic - tea/coffee on a tray on the floor, bed was very short, tiny rooms.

Extractor fan not working and a bit of a smell in the bathroom. Small saving on city centre hotel to stay here instead wasn't worth it.

Listing on here implies parking space included, car was to be left on a street in a rough industrial area, not secure parking, and had to be moved on football match days as it's directly opposite the stadium - fortunately didn't prove a problem during our stay, but could have as this wasn't known in advance.

Gaining access to the hotel took a few calls and 10-15mins of messing to get a door code, again, wasn't provided in advance.

Pros:

The location is fantastic for the football stadium.

Cons:

No staff on duty, lots of steps up to the bedroom. No lifts and no facilities for breakfast. Having to email for front door code and room number.

Cons:

Me estafaron en el precio a la hora de cobrar. Me cobraron 468 € en lugar de los 293 € q figuraban en el link de Booking. No pasaron a limpiar ningún día, y estuvimos tres noches.
