Absolute horrendous

Cons:

We booked a three bed room but got a very small not even a proper queen size bed. We were asked to pay extra for a mattress to lay on the floor that was torn on all sides, didn't get an extra blanket. And the mattress was bed bug infested. Also when we checked out the next day. Even though we submitted the keys they accused us of stealing the keys but found it later with their staff.

Horrible experience, which made me scared of Chennai and would never want to return to
Cons:

They said the room I booked was no longer available when I got there at midnight after my long flight, and after so much trouble to find the address. They sent a different hotel, which charged us tripple amount of my original booking. I had no choice but accepted that because it was 2pm, and I just arrived from overseas and hadn't got an Indian sim card. The room was damp and dark, and I got allergy and couldn't sleep at all. I left without any sleeping and found a different place in the morning.

They charged around 5300 for 2night stay no electric kettle, No proper room service, No Water Bottle... I asked to pay extra for early check in and person said will receive Invoice for complete 5300/- but thing is that no invoice provided so far for entire 5300/- Don't ever try to book anything in booking.com for pathetic service l.. Property is horrible

Cons:

Extremely rude people. I had a confirmed booking and also emailed to hotel that I was checking in late and received a reply noted and welcome to check in anytime. However when I reached the hotel I was turned away rudely saying they had no rooms and they sold my room as they couldn't reach me. My call log showed no phone calls from them!!!

Pros:

breakfast wasnt bad. served to the room, supposed to eat in-room. didnt accept card payments - cash only. Indian rupees only!!

Cons:

low budget joint. even so, not my kind of place. big issue was cleanliness. beddings were ages old, washed & served though. another one was poor ventilation in rooms. wifi was terrible, I had to use international data roaming.

I Booked the room and paid 500 as advance and ready to pay cash half of the amount, the remaining to pay during day hours due some network issues on my mobile, they refused to give room until pay full amount, during midnight i spent around 2 hours to find another lodge , i never expect this treatment while travel with family and kid, very very strange and bad experience...
