My stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing and far from what was promised at the time of booking.

First of all, parking was a nightmare. The booking clearly mentioned that one parking unit is provided with the reservation, but upon arrival, no proper parking was available. The receptionist showed me a spot on CCTV where I could park, but it was blocking another car. When I went back to him, he told me to park at the entrance of the lobby while leaving space for others to enter. I asked him to come with me to guide properly, but he bluntly refused, saying “I won’t go with you, if you can’t park there then park outside.” When I requested to speak with the manager, his shocking reply was “Do you think the manager will come for you?” As a paying customer, this behavior was completely unacceptable.

Secondly, the internet was not working at all during my stay. For a hotel in this category, that is simply not acceptable.

Third, the beds were made by joining two single mattresses together to make a queen bed. On checking the room, I immediately pointed this out and requested a change, but the staff told me all rooms have the same setup. This is a very cheap and misleading practice for guests who are expecting a proper bed.

Overall, my stay turned into a disaster. From false promises about parking, to unprofessional staff behavior, to poor facilities, I would strongly advise others to reconsider before booking this proper

Never again!
Pros:

The receptionist was helpful and tried to solve my issues.

Cons:

The room was dirty and there was no housekeeping during my stay. There was damp on the walls. The A/C was so loud and only worked half the time. The wifi was very poor and dropped out repeatedly. The 'engineer' who came to fix it shouted at me and showed me that it worked on his phone so must be my phone that was the problem (I guess my laptop too then!). It was really hard to speak to someone to get help and the person on whatsapp was very unhelpful.
