Recientemente disfruté de una estancia maravillosa en el Sugar Stars Inn y también pasé un rato estupendo en el Cafe Green Mama en Varanasi; ambas experiencias fueron verdaderamente memorables.
El Sugar Stars Inn ofrece una combinación perfecta de confort y hospitalidad. Las habitaciones son limpias, están bien cuidadas y han sido diseñadas con esmero para hacer que los huéspedes se sientan como en casa. El personal es increíblemente cortés y siempre está dispuesto a ayudar, lo cual hizo que mi estancia fuera aún más agradable. Su ubicación es conveniente, ya que permite acceder con facilidad a las principales atracciones de la ciudad.

Cafe at 4th floor. On main road. Good air conditioner.

Cons:

Room is too small. Bathroom not cleaned and you can see moss everywhere. Faucet didn't work and no one bothered too. No hot water till 630am as they switched off geyser!! Spoiled our anniversary day as our Visit to temple got delayed and got stuck in long queues. They waited for us to have breakfast but nothing other than bread, poha and puri with hardly any curry left. We checked out one day earlier and staff was not even regretful. The manager came at 1100 and offered deluxe room upgrade promising the new room is better. This is an indication that they were aware of the bad upkeep of first room. Everyone from lobby to room service expect tips and look at your face insinuating that they are expecting. For 4000rs a night this is a unworthy place. Avoid at all costs. Instead, we moved to Ramada wyndham Katesar which treated us properly.
A loss of mental peace and 4000rs.but we are proud that we left sugar stars inn early. Don't fall for the manager pitch at the time of check in. Go and explore. For boat the hotel charges 2000/hr. we hired a Local motorboat for aarthi where we spent close to 4hrs at 3000rs. Dont buy anything from here. Avoid unless you are OK to adjust matchbox rooms with zero service.

A equipe foi extremamente educada e prestativa, sempre pronta para ajudar com um sorriso. O serviço foi rápido e a atmosfera geral pareceu calorosa e acolhedora. A comida servida no restaurante do hotel estava deliciosa. No geral, foi uma estadia excelente, e eu recomendaria fortemente este hotel a qualquer pessoa que visite Varanasi, tanto pelo conforto quanto pela conveniência.

Gute Lage, gute Zimmer und Super Essen
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt direkt an der Hauptstraße. Uns haben die hupenden Fahrzeuge in der Nacht allerdings nicht gestört. Man ist ziemlich schnell mit dem Tuk Tuk im Old Town. Das Personal hilft dabei dass die Tuk Tuk Fahrer einen nicht übers Ohr hauen.
Das Mittag- oder Abendessen im Restaurant ist absolut super mit fairen Preisen. Tolles Ambiente.

Cons:

Es hätte mal hinter der Türe geputzt werden können. Auch der Teppich zum Badezimmer hätte mal gereinigt werden können.

Утром не возможно курить кофе!!
Персонал не говорит на английском языке!
Номер за 2 дня не убрали и не пополнили бар!

Pros:

I cannot thank the staff enough for making my stay in Varanasi so enjoyable. The rooms and hotel are clean and modern. The staff are excellent and will do anything to help you organise your stay while in Varanasi if you require it. They were able to organise transport and Ganges boat tour for a very reasonable price. The restaurant is also excellent. Highly recommended.
