Bardzo dobry wybór hotelu i mega wanna, która była idealna żeby się wygrzać po całym dniu zwiedzania
Pros:

Spokój, cisza, idealne miejsce wypadowe by zwiedzać cały Tallin, dużo połączeń autobusowych przy hotelu. Bardzo miła Pani na recepcji, czystość, same plusy. Jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni.

The Location of the Hotel is amazing, there are some amazing places to go out and eat, relax by the sea, location is not far from city center so getting around was pretty easy.

Cons:

First room, someone had experienced some issues and there was weird stains on the ceiling, literally looking like feces, not to mention the bathrooms very super filthy and not cleaned at all, after a room change or let's say "room upgrade" I had a larger TV and a sliding bathroom door that was literally scraping on the floor and was very hard to open, when I did room change it was quite late in the evening as I had work and only in the morning when I woke up I noticed that my window is literally Taped with TAPE and anyone at any moment could have pushed the window open from the street side...

Pros:

Very nice showers and right next to a bus stop which you'll probably be wanting to use anyway. Very good value for money.

Cons:

Window latch wasn't what I'd call secure but it didn't bother me as I didn't need to leave anything in my room. Kettle in the room could do with a descaling.

A frustrating and disappointing experience – never booking here again.

Dear Booking.com Support,

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with a recent hotel stay that I booked through your platform.

Despite your confirmation and previous communication that I could cancel or modify my reservation, the hotel refused to make the necessary changes. I had clearly informed Booking.com in advance that I needed to switch the guest, but the hotel staff did not honor this request and treated me with unacceptable behavior. The experience was extremely unpleasant and disappointing.

Additionally, the option to cancel the booking was shown as available on your website, but in practice, it was not possible. This misleading information caused unnecessary stress and frustration.

Because the hotel refused to allow the guest change, my friend — who was supposed to stay in the accommodation instead of me — was forced to book another hotel at the last minute. This caused both inconvenience and financial loss.

Due to this experience, I no longer feel comfortable using Booking.com for future reservations. I expect better service and accountability from such a widely-used platform.

I kindly request you to look into this matter and take appropriate action.

Asukoht oli väga hea.

Cons:

Puudusid juhised parklasse sõiduks. Parkla eest võeti lisatasu. Toas olid väga vanad ja kehvas seisus voodid ja mööbel. Põrand oli pundunud ja kriiksus. Pidevalt olid igasugused helid - hiired krõbistasid lae peal. Toas oli ebameeldiv lõhn. Põrandad olid mustad - tolm, eelmistest turistidest praht.
