Excellent location and facilities
Pros:

We were grateful for a warm welcome from Myra who explained everything to us and gave us the key code and WiFi code. The apartment was very well equipped and even had extras like soap, and lots of towels. Myra provided vouchers for the swimming pool which was helpful. We prepared some meals for ourselves and used the local shops. There were also lots of restaurants and cafes nearby. Tower 1 is a good location for taxi pick ups and we enjoyed time relaxing in the lobby area.

Our recent week-long stay at this hotel was truly fantastic, and a big part of that was due to the incredible staff. The hotel's amenities were great, but it was the personal touch and genuine helpfulness that made our experience so memorable.
​We especially want to give a huge thank you to Myra. She went above and beyond to assist us throughout our stay. She was so kind and helpful, particularly when it came to convincing others. Her dedication and positive attitude made everything so much easier for us, and we truly appreciated her efforts. She is a real asset to your team.
​We highly recommend this hotel, not just for its comfortable rooms and excellent location, but for the exceptional service

Cons:

But only one time I asked a favor of the guy (maintenance) to fix our clogged toilet, but the guy refused. I even asked to borrow a plunger to do it myself, but he said to go to the main office and ask myself. Thankfully, there is a YouTube video to give us an idea of how to do it without a plunger.😅But other than that, everything was very good!

Pros:

I loved that the care taker(Ms.Myra) was very accomodating.She had given us all the important Infos that we needed.The Condotel was also very clean and cozy.

Cons:

Actually almost nothing except for the shower,i had a hard time at first closing it but the next time i found out how it works.

Pros:

The host was very responsive to our needs even before check-in, providing clear instructions regarding parking and the check-in process. Ate Myra warmly greeted and assisted us upon arrival, ensuring we understood everything about the unit. She went above and beyond our expectations, making sure we received our drinking water, explaining how to use the amenities and facilities, and checking in with us throughout our stay. Even up until check-out, she ensured we had a smooth and enjoyable experience.

Myra was wonderful! The property was centrally located. Needs some maintenance and upkeep.

Myra (the caretaker) was wonderful! It’s centrally located and very close to stores, laundromat and MOA.

Cons:

A bit tight for 7 people. You can hear the traffic from the bedroom. Blackout blinds would be very helpful in the bedrooms. Also, needing some maintenance and up keeping. The kitchen sink and bathroom sink are clogged. Quite a few furnitures in a tight space.
