The hotel is ok for a shorter stay.
Pros:

Very well kept outdor areas. Green all over, end the cutest deer was living there.
There was a restaurant open from 6am to 10pm. There is a free airport shuttle, and they drew us to and from a big mall for free.

Cons:

The balcony was locked day and night. There were no good seatingplaces. There were no cushions on the sofa and chair. The mattress is not good - an old air mattress.

Cozy hotel in a beautiful settings.
Pros:

Cozy location. Lovely setting with beautiful plants everywhere. Staff is helpful and there to make your stay memorable.

A lovely place to stay in POM
Pros:

The free breakfast
The huge portions of food.
The free shuttle to the airport and VC
The pool and the strict swimwear policy
The very clean rooms
Phone top up sold at reception

Cons:

The slow service from the kitchen. We had all our meals there and everytime we had to wait for 20-30 minutes for the food to get prepared, even when the restaurant was empty.

Pros:

I usually stay in a studio room during my previous stays. This time it was a different room. It was spacious too and I loved it. Gave me calm vibes.

Cons:

Loved everything during this stay. As a regilar, the staff go the extra mile to make every stay memorable.

_As a regular, I know the staff who are beyond friendly. Nothing is too much for them.
-Love the spacious studio rooms I stay in. Good linen, pillows, fridge, toaster, microwave, towels etc.

Cons:

An addition of safe deposit box would be great.

Pros:

It's a nice place to stay away from the traffic and busy streets of the city. The tropical vibe makes it a very comfortable place to unwind and relax. Would definitely recommend this place

Loved our stay and the friendly staff.
