Beautiful beach location, hotel simple so do not go with high expectations.
Pros:

Right on the beach. Beautiful. Friendly staff. Air conditioning worked well in rooms.

Cons:

They are all things I can tolerate but want to make you aware of a few things that the hotel could greatly improve on which would make this hotel super and it wouldn't take much effort:

- get the staff working on fixing and maintaining the bathrooms and overall facilities when it is quieter during the day. They l seem to be lounging around a lot whereas the Manager could be assigning them purposeful duties.
- offer to clean rooms and supply fresh towels, water etc at least every second day.
- improve on their breakfast menu. The breakfast is the same everyday. It would be nice to enjoy variety every day.
- maintain premises and retile around the pool.
- invest in a proper coffee machine.
- improve on water pressure in shower.

Pros:

The property is at an excellent location, right near the Nilaveli beach. It is extremely peaceful and perfect for a relaxed holiday. The staff is extremely helpful. Since I was travelling solo, they made sure that everything is taken care of and made it a good experience for me. The manager also helped to get me a safe and trustworthy guide for pigeon island snorkelling. Overall good experience.

Pros:

Excellent property! Loved every bit of the stay.
Just be watchful of the room doors, as insects and frogs might come in as the property has massive gardens.

Overall, fantastic property for all kinds of travel with family, friends, couples.

Pros:

Тихе місце поруч з океаном. Власний пляж з лежаками. Чудовий басейн. Смачна їжа. Неймовірний персонал — усміхнені, добрі та чуйні хлопці. Тут приємно бути і сюди хочеться повертатись.

Lovely pool right next to the beach. Great location. Staff were lovely. Sri Lankan breakfast was great. In easy walking distance of beach bars and restaurants.

Cons:

Plumbing wasnt the best. Bathroom a little dated. But manged to shower.
