Cons:

Service ok
Lost power in bathroom and they couldn’t fix it. So end up using untied room two floors down. Not happy about it. When asked for some compensation, nothing was done.

Armtwisting by hotel for confirmation even after a reservation confirmation from booking.com.

1. After booking confirmation from booking.com, hotel insisted that I must pay 50% advance to confirm booking within 30 mins.
2. Limited restaurant menu. Even all items from Menu were not there.
3. On 9th Jan, had to leave without bfast as it was not ready even at 0800h.

Cons:

Run by monkeys without any experience in hospitality. They allowed 6-7 drunkards in to the room next to us. And completely ignored our request to either ask them to quiet down or move us into another room. Only after we raised our voices did the drunkards left hotel without any consequences.

Don't ever book this hotel
Pros:

The location.

Cons:

Everytime there is new management here. It is a badly managed and maintained hotel. You never get enough basic toiletries like shampoo and soap. Broken hairdryer and leaking water is a norm. You will be really lucky if you get a working intercom and if you do it would be a miracle if someone answered.

You will get denied free breakfast even if you have booked with one on Booking.com and your booking shows breakfast included. The management will have their own story and not helpful at all. You will get breakfast within an hour if you are lucky and if you do it won't be what you ordered.

Very poor hotel with very bad management and very substandard service. All in all don't book this hotel if you can help it.
