Good location.
Room smelled damp. The ‘breakfast’ they advertised is non-existent. The room wee got unfortunately was across from the nightclub & we were same with the loud music until the early hours of the morning.
They also don’t accept card.
Great staff. Nice view- but other hotels can see in your room.
Poor condition of floors- splitting boards would hurt feet, shower head was poor- all but 15 holes were blocked and leaking at top, air con spits out bits of mould.
Lots of hotels to choose from in Sapa, and for this price, I wouldn’t stay here again.
Linh on reception was amazing, helping us book tours, arranging travel and she spoke English very well. We ended up booking an extra night and the location was excellent.
We arrived late on a sleeper bus and checked out late to depart on a sleeper, the staff we able to easily check us in and we were still able to shower after check out before our night bus after a days trekking. The room was very clean and comfortable, we were also upgraded for free to a mountain view room which was wonderful. We came to Sapa with 2 other couples and the location of this hotel was by far the best out of the 3 couples.

Friendly n helpful staff. They even help us to bring our luggage to the room. They also help to order bus ticket n taxi. Walkable distance to attraction.
The location was very close from the center: just minutes walking to Sun Plaza, money exchange, restaurants, the lake, etc. The staff were very friendly.
No curtain shower in the bathroom that made the floor wet
Good location, budget friendly, were kind enough to let us check in early, friendly staff, room in a great position for view, comfortable bed.
Room smelt like bad plumbing, wiring sticking out of roof. Only one plug point in room, not beside bed. Breakfast was closed early on second day, it was good but being vegan only dry toast non second day as nothing else suitable.

Good location
The rooms were so damp, our bags & clothes are wet by the end of our stay which wasn’t ideal! The wifi was shocking!! We have stayed in several hotels in south east Asia and this is the worst one by far sadly. The room was unfinished, wires hanging from the ceiling etc.
The view was great, the hotel was clean.. my friends and I were having a good time staying in this hotel. Linh, was superb in helping us to buy a ticket (cable car) to Fansipan mountain. She also helped us to buy the ticket bus from SAPA to Hanoi airport. She is very friendly and helpful in giving the guidance on where to go around Sapa town.
