Much to be desired
Cons:

I don't understand where the 10 out of 10 reviews are coming from because it was exactly the reason why we chose this hotel and unfortunately we were left disappointed with our stay...
1. The reception staff spoke poor English, and we almost lost our reservation because they couldn’t understand that we just wanted to order a local taxi. As a result, we had a difficult time and had to walk for about 30 minutes.
2. Lack of cleaning before our check-in. At all. Only the floor was mopped...we were shocked. The towels were super dirty! With black spots, etc. Really gross. We had to ask for a change ourselves the first day we arrived.. the same goes to shower gel dispenser. Really tiring to be walking back and forth asking for things when it is actually supposed to be provided to you on the first day.
3. One day during our stay the cleaning was skipped at all; the reception said it is because we put a do not disturb card, which was not true... why would we put it if we wanted our room to be cleaned.
4. However, when our room had been indeed cleaned, the cleaning was disappointing and left much to be desired.
5. Reception is not responsive and welcoming, they are not able to guide whatsoever, no one knows nothing (especially about taxis and buses). You, as a guest, feel lost.
6. The carpeted halls are very dirty, I don't know when was the last time the carpets were cleaned.
7. It feels like everything is held together with duct tape and hope, for example, the elevator panel or the card holder in the room.

However, this hotel has its own pluses ... only three :
1. Beach is very close (however, the beach is not being cleaned, the sand is full of plastic, random trash and bottle glass, but it's not hotel's fault)
2. Food was good and tasty. Unlimited water and tea. We loved it.
3. The view on the restaurant floor is tremendous. It was very beautiful to end our day by watching a sunset and eating dinner.

Nie wieder, das Hotel verdient nicht mal 2 Sterne

Die Aussicht auf das Meer und das 3. Zimmer(Suite) gegen Aufzahlung!

Cons:

Das Hotel ist eine volle Enttäuschung!Dreckige Fenster, lieblose Atmosphäre, ungebügelte Tischläufer im Restaurant, jeden Abend von 5 „warmen“ Speisen, sind 2 davon Reis und French Fries, und täglich Hühnerfleisch.Nicht einmal war Fisch dabei! Plastikbecher, etc,etc
Mitarbeiter zu 90%, die keine Fremdsprache, außer Türkisch sprechen

Es hat mir sehr gut gefallen! Wir wurden von einem tollen, preiswerten Zimmer empfangen. Das Badezimmer und die Flure waren sauber, und das Hotel hat sehr angenehm geduftet.
