On the first day it was ok

Cons:

Second day onwards for cleaning also we had to call several times they will clean floor then again we have to remind for toilet, bed sheet also water they will put bottle for show but they will give normal tap water
Checkout time for booking at hotel it will be 24 hours but for online customers It will be 12 o clock
Even I came at 10.40 pm they asked to vacate at 12.00 clock afternoon
First day they asked me to cancel online booking and they asked same rate they will provide rooms.
Even from there I called customer care and complained for him

Pros:

None of the facilities mentioned in the Booking. Com app was available at this hotel. Though we were made to believe that it is a three star hotel it in fact turned out to be nothing more than an ordinary lodge which in context of India is very very low end. Though we were made to believe that there’s an in-house restaurant,there was nothing of that sort. The breakfast was fetched from a nearby roadside eatery. The toilet was dysfunctional and the water pressure was quite low.
As we reached the hotel very late at night after a long drive, we were tired and we didn’t make any effort to look for an alternate accommodation though the guy manning the makeshift front desk repeatedly requested us to first take a look at the room before checking in and what that meant, we realised when it was too late.
This place is definitely not worth the money we were charged and the recommendation made by Booking.com turned out to be very misleading.
