Pros:

深夜24時半頃チェックインしたところ、満室のため別のホテルを紹介された。TVの西側でメトロから歩いて20分の交通の便の悪い場所で、ビジネスホテルっぽい所だった。元々予約していたサービスアパートタイプの部屋とは似ても似つかず、バスタブもキッチンも洗濯機もなかった。
帰国後カスタマーサービスに連絡したが、詐欺にあった気分。
全額返金して欲しい。また予約書には記入がなかったが、チェックイン時、税金で2ドル要求された。

Pros:

Мы прибыли в Арт апарт отель поздним вечером после перелета из Хивы, путешествовали с детьми по Шелковому пути, все были очень уставшие. Мы столкнулись с тем, что, во-первых, на ресепшн наше бронирование не нашли, во-вторых, в самом предложении отеля не указывалось, что забронированные нами комнаты находились на 4 и 5 этажах без лифта. Пришлось долго разбираться и доказывать, что нами забронированы и оплачены 2 номера. В итоге поздней ночью нас разместили, но совсем не в те комнаты, которые мы бронировали. Мы не рекомендуем туристам бронировать этот отель либо вы должны быть готовы к тому, что вас ждут проблемы при заселении!

Pros:

Clean property with large rooms and helpful staff.
But no elevator to the top floor at level 5, especially travelling family with large heavy luggages. Lack of toilet amenities eg towels and shower gels - upon request.

팬션 수준이라고 생각하면 맞음
Pros:

관리상태나 위생상태는 좋은편이였고, 데스크 서비스는 불친절한 편임. 특히 여성 데스크직원은 놀면서 일하는 느낌임.
