The hotel owner is kind and polite. The hotel front is beautiful with many flowers,

Cons:

the reception room has a dining table with many people eating, creating smoke and noise. My bedroom had old blankets and dirty floor

very good value option with amazing owners.
Pros:

the owner was amazing and speaks very good English, he and his family were warm and welcoming. 24 hr security guard was nice, the rooms were as described and a elevator to all floors. the location is central with good foods and drinks near and the location was relatively quiet for suck a good central location.

Excellent stay
Pros:

Good location. Beautiful cozy well maintained hotel with lots of plants. My room is spacious and clean, having a nice, green balcony. Rooftop offers wonderful view. The hotel owner is a very kind and amiable lady., She makes me feel at home. This is my favorite hotel in BMT.
