Scam to take your money and not give refunds

Do not stay at this place. They have a very very strict check-in time and they don't tell you that they will not let you in outside those times. Every single place I have ever stayed in has been flexible for you if you arrive later in the day, but not this one. We arrived at 6pm and they refused to let us in because the check in is from 2-4pm. If you do not get inside within the 2 hours then they will cancel your booking and put you as a no show, therefore charging you the full amount and will refuse a refund. You will not get your money back as there is nothing booking.com can do and the property needs to accept a refund. They will obviously refuse and take your money; they took 5 nights worth of money from us. You normally can't write a review if they put you as a no show, I had to contact booking.com customer service to let me write a review to save other people the pain of going through this scam-like behaviour. They will not help you check in outside these hours and will not work with you at all, they will only tell you not to come as they are not going to let you in. What traveller has the luxury of easily picking 1-2 hours exactly that they will arrive in a new city. Other reviews show that even if you do make it within the check-in window, it is very hard to find the actual location anyway.

I was not able to find the hotel and the property did not respond to me the day I was supposed to check in. I will need a refund.
