Pros:

The location was beautiful, opening up to a lovely promenade that took you to lovely ghats and to Triveni Ghat. The Hotel was away from the hustle and bustle of the city.

Cons:

The bed was hard and uncomfortable. The shower needed attention and having a bucket bath, though nostalgic gets tiresome after a few days. There was no Safe in my room. The Hotel also doesn't accept international card payments, though it accepted the reservation on an international card.The plunge pool was drained and empty.

Good location staff very helpful choose room on 1st floor for privacy

Cons:

Room on 1st floor no privacy, close to patio was noisy and we had to close the curtains all the time which defeated the purpose of a room with a view of the Ganges!

Fabulous staff and wellness hotel
Pros:

Fabulous staff, so friendly and accommodating. Room overlooking the Ganges. Had the most amazing wellness treatment lasting 2.5 hours. Would highly recommend 👌

Pros:

The staffs were wonderful and helpful as specially with our special needs son. The location was good. The views were great from our room. The river and the greenery was breathtaking. Worth the money.

Overpriced and dilapidated
Pros:

I liked the staff who were friendly and very helpful. The view to the Ganga river was a highlight. Yoga was included in the stay.

Cons:

The property is in a state of disrepair. It smells and feels old. The breakfast is a total flop and what is served is poorly made and has zero flavour. The best was fresh papaya and watermelon. The espresso and cappuccino was sold at an additional charge. Yoga was included in the stay however the teacher arrived late and one hour turned into 40 minutes tops. Furthermore, the walls are paper thin and I could hear my neighbour breathe next door. Also, the room was dirty with black hair in the bathroom and on the bed. The location is terrible as tuk tuk drivers have a hard time finding it and it's long way from Tapovan if that's what you intend to explore. I do not understand why the reviews are so good as that's the only reason I booked it. I felt like I stayed in the hotel of the Shining. It was old, empty and cold.

Very good truly enjoyed our 3 day stay here.
Pros:

The hospitality is exceptional, spl mention to reception staff, Anoop and Sumi, for their services. They help to arrange all activites and travel locally.
The location, facilities, cleanliness and food are all very good in this hotel. Staff are very polite and helpful.
