Location is good, right on the lake
I rarely leave negative reviews, but unfortunately our stay at Jade Hotel was extremely disappointing.
The biggest issue was the noise. There is a club located upstairs, and the music was unbearably loud every single night. On weekdays it went on until around 2 AM, and on Friday until 4 AM. The constant “boom-boom” bass made it impossible to sleep, and even affected our ability to function and work the next morning. Even after we requested to be moved to a lower floor, the noise was still clearly audible. In addition, there were frequently loud guests shouting, arguing, or singing on the balconies late at night (2–3 AM), and the hotel staff did nothing to enforce quiet hours.
The staff were very slow and unhelpful. Most requests were either ignored or handled with significant delays. There was often no one at reception, especially at night. While they would answer the phone quickly, no real action followed.
Hot water was unavailable most of the time, despite repeated complaints. This is a basic service that the hotel consistently failed to provide.
We had to change rooms because in the first one the toilet did not flush. While the second room was slightly better, this should never happen in the first place.
A particularly concerning situation occurred when my partner slipped and fell after a shower. When I called reception asking for ice, I was told they didn’t have any. Only after repeated requests did they eventually bring some. There was no first aid kit available, which is unacceptable for any hotel. Even more disappointing, the staff never followed up or asked about his condition afterward.
We also used the hotel’s laundry service, which was significantly overpriced compared to local options. Unfortunately, several items came back damaged — lighter clothes turned grey, and some details were broken. This was completely unacceptable.
Breakfast was average at best.

I booked due to centrally located and nice room with fewa lake view but it’s the outside was extremely noisy due to local young tourist. All the buses were parked and lots of noise coming from the open ground which distracted the views.

And underground parking should be more managed and clean because that’s the worst parking that I have ever seen.
