The hotel has lift facilities, and the corridors are well maintained and reasonably clean. The staff was cooperative, and overall access inside the building was convenient.

Cons:

The hotel is located in a very congested area, which makes access and parking difficult. I noticed that the bedsheet was not clean, which was disappointing. Additionally, the cost for one night’s stay is quite high compared to the facilities and overall experience.

Getting worse, unfortunately
Pros:

Location is ok, close enough to everything around Sadar. Few shops and nice restaurants around.

Cons:

Since my last stay, the place really went down in everything. Staff obviously being bored to death and too lazy to explain the hotel to the guests. After changing the room was little better, but cleaning should have improved. The first room was a disaster, everything dusty and rusty, bed sheets obviously from previous user/users. New room was better. WiFi connection is so so and hot water available, but during different times. You have to be lucky to have it.
Unfortunately I was really disappointed, because my first stay a few years ago was really nice, but now I have to say some local hotels are better. But being a foreigner, you don't have plenty of hotels to choose from.
Also the credit card was not accepted, but 3 years ago it was fine. Really disappointed. And unfortunately I booked 3 nights, 2 rooms.
