Mon hôte avait déjà loué ma chambre a quelqu'un, de plus on me propose des chambre qui n'ont rien a voir avec celle demandé, le standard n'est pas du tout le même, je demande donc un remboursement sur quoi on me répond qu'il peuvent avoir "de bon services", ce que je trouve inadmissible, rien ne vas dans cette réservation a commencé par l'adresse qui n'est pas la bonne, a ce point là je trouve que c'est de la publicité mensongère.

Smell in the building

I didn't get the appartment what I booked and I wasn't informed about the change in advance. The replacement apartment was on another address, it was much smaller and in bad condition. Dirty walls, doors, broken stove glass, ducktaped AC, window didn't close properely. Sewage smell came from the bathroom. The Lady wasn't there to show me the room and hasn't responded to my cancellation, so I still haven't got back my money.

The condotel is not the one I booked. I booked BSA Suites because I know it. When I arrived the reception told me that it is strictly residents only since 2020 and there was no booking for me. I had just travelled from UK for 20 hours and the only contact number on the booking.com confirmation was not available. Eventually another two hours later the host contacted me to say the Condo I booked was temporarily unavailable (since 2020!) and gave me the address of another one. My advice to anyone considering booking this condo/hotel, is don’t. Or at least contact the host through booking.com first to find out where exactly you’ll be staying. The apartment I ended up in was in the same area/location as expected, which is perfect, but was basic. There were some plus points - netflix, balcony, good bed linen, and the host apologized, but she needs to update the hotel listing with correct information, and not mislead people. And at least contact them before they arrive.

Limited cooking and food preparation facilities. I had to buy a toaster from Landmark so I could eat my cereal with toast for breakfast 🤣
