Its my home away from home.
Pros:

I am a multiple returning client of Cebu Mini Hotel. I truly appreciate the very nice ambience of the hotel as you get there, staff are are so accomodating and polite, the place is impeccably spic and span and its located right in the heart of the city where restaurants and pharmacies are just a walking distance. Entering the street from the hotel may seem so crowded but the people around are friendly, it does not make you fear for your safety. Getting into jeep rides is very easy and fast and cabs pass so its easy to hail rides. I just love staying there every time I am in Cebu. I have recommended it to colleagues and friends and they have been going back there too.

Pros:

Very clean and comfortable. I had a good view from the window. Bathroom was good

Cons:

Policy about no guests is not mentioned on booking.com, or I just missed it somehow. It would be nice to know that in advance

Cons:

The water from the shower is not that strong, we are unable to take a bath properly. Only the strong water flow was the sink for face wash.

Solid, comfortable hotel, but far from city centre.
Pros:

Generally high standard. Security of the place.

Cons:

There was no... hot water in the shower which for so much money was a bit disappointing. I've been explained by maintanance gentleman that it's a problem with pumping water to higher floors.

Hotel is far from city centre if you like walking like me. But sometimes it's too much. Outside area has a bit dark, poor and probably not very safe neighbourhood.
