Pros:

Şahin bey ile Elvis bey herhangi bir konuda soru sorduğunuzda hemen yardımcı olmak için ellerinden geleni yapıyorlar, çok iyi niyetliler.
Kahvaltısı lezzetli, mutfakta görev yapan arkadaşta çok nazikti. Bir sonraki iş seyahatimde yine konaklamayı kesinlikle düşünüyorum.

Great stay!
The rooms were well-equipped with comfortable beds, and the service was amazing.

Excellent location with easy access around the city—I barely used a taxi since everything is within walking distance!

A special thanks to Elvis for his outstanding hospitality and professionalism. He helped me solve any issues I faced during my stay, and his warm welcome made the experience extra special.

Definitely the place I’ll stay in whenever I’m back in Cologne!

Cons:

Metterei sempre una persona alla reception, perché le persone hanno bisogno di sicurezza e di assistenza. Credo che il prezzo non sia completamente rapportato al servizio offerto.

Top Zimmer und super Personal
Pros:

Sehr netter Empfang! Haben ohne zu fragen ein kostenloses Upgrade auf ein Balkonzimmer bekommen. Auch der Check-In lief mega schnell und freundlich ab. Das Bett war super bequem und das Zimmer perfekt ausgestattet (sogar mit Kaffeemaschine). Der Balkon war das Sahnehäubchen.

Cons:

Es hat alles gepasst - wenn man etwas verbessern möchte:
- die Klimaanlage ist recht laut
- die Zimmertüren fallen sehr laut zu, das kann vor allem Nachts schon stören.
