セール価格ならあり。シャワーは最高
Pros:

火傷するほど熱いシャワーが出る（水量・水圧含め、私が中央アジアで泊まった中で一番）
立地は確かに離れているがすぐ近くにバス停があり主要な観光地にはバス1本で行けるのであまり困らなかった。（Yandex mapアプリでバスの経路検索可能。visaタッチで乗れば2000スムです）
徒歩圏内にカフェ、レストラン、スーパーあり。
写真だと狭小部屋なのかと思ったけどそこそこの広さはあった。

Cons:

セールで半額になっていたため安く泊まれたが正規の値段を払うと思うとすこし高いかなと感じました。
フロントが2Fにありそこまで急な階段あり。ホテルの人は1Fには居ないので自分で運ばなくちゃいけない。
周辺に深い側溝があり暗いと誤って落ちてしまいそう。

朝食は品数も少なく安いゲストハウスよりも寂しい。お腹いっぱいにはなりませんでした。

部屋のすぐ目の前にソファがありそこに人が溜まりやすく、部屋の中まで話し声や動画の音声などが聞こえてくる。
隣の部屋の音もよく聞こえ、夜中に物音で目が覚めた時は自分の部屋に誰か居るのか思ったほどクリアに聞こえた。
