I had a very pleasant stay at Haven Hut Hotel. The atmosphere was welcoming, the facilities were well-kept, and everything was managed with care. What really stood out was the service at the front desk. The receptionist, Han Ny, was incredibly helpful throughout my stay — from the smooth check-in to patiently assisting me with all my questions. She was attentive, professional, and always had a warm smile, which made me feel truly taken care of.

Great service like this makes a big difference, and thanks to Han Ny, my experience at Haven Hut Hotel was excellent. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

Mi estancia en este hotel de Ho Chi Minh fue perfecta. Desde el primer momento me sentí como en casa: todo impecablemente limpio y cuidado al detalle cada día. La cama, sin duda, la más cómoda que he encontrado en todo Vietnam, ideal para descansar después de recorrer la ciudad. El personal se esfuerza en que no falte nada y en que cada pequeño detalle esté pensado para tu comodidad. Sin duda, lo recomiendo y repetiría sin pensarlo.
