personeel zei dat ik een (bloed) vlek in de handdoek had gemaakt, wat niet zo was want die zat er al. de vlek rook bovendien niet eens naar bloed maar de handdoek rook gewoon schoon. vervolgens moet ik 100k schoonmaakkosten betalen. uiteindelijk na 5 minuten discussiëren zei ik een negatieve recensie te gaan plaatsen en toen mocht ik gelijk gaan. vreemde omgang met je klanten.
verder rook de kamer heel erg muf. het was echt een hele sterke lucht, wat onprettig was.
We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. Overall, it was a good experience and room is clean and nice. The location is good, close to the city center which made getting around very easy.

I had a very pleasant stay at Haven Hut Hotel. The atmosphere was welcoming, the facilities were well-kept, and everything was managed with care. What really stood out was the service at the front desk. The receptionist, Han Ny, was incredibly helpful throughout my stay — from the smooth check-in to patiently assisting me with all my questions. She was attentive, professional, and always had a warm smile, which made me feel truly taken care of.
Great service like this makes a big difference, and thanks to Han Ny, my experience at Haven Hut Hotel was excellent. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

La camera non era ben pulita, il bagno odorava di fogna, lo staff molto freddo e poco accogliente.
Nice and spacious rooms. Would be nice if there was a screen of some sort between the toilet and the shower.
Prices of extra services are not listed correctly in the rooms (was charged 50 percent above stated price), which is not very customer friendly.
