Airport pickup was reliable even though our flight was significantly delayed. The room was very clean, and the hot shower worked perfectly. It was our first night in India, and we felt safe and comfortable.

The tv was not working properly…Av was not cooling that level of feild and the washroom pot was broken and rusty .. remote handle was missing not wroking cells were using

The front office manager changed us double pricing to Airport than UBER or OLA .
Not like the other opo hotels I have stayed in. Was disappointed with facilities staff were great! Never eat from the kitchen as you may get undercooked and tasteless paratjas for breakfast

Room was not great. Mattress and pillows was shit and I asked them to fix or change the room but didn’t. Toilet was dirty and average. No hot kettle and door Matt. No slipper no complimentary water.

Staff was not cooperative also the house keeping and pantry part was also not good..... nobody cared for the facilities to be provided. Several calls need to be made for the service.
