Pros:

Style of the building and rooms, ease of location to airport and central Louisville. Fantastic food. Beds and room were impeccable and supremely comfortable

Cons:

Price was a little high but overall stay was mostly worth it.

I loved everything about it the staff needs work

Some of the staff acted weird towards me the front desk guy followed me into the elevator just to see where I was going. One of the waitress treated me and my fiance quite stand offish and overly aggressive with me and barely acknowledging my fiancée
