You can find better option with this PRICE
Pros:

The staff were nice and handled every request responsibly.
Breakfast was average, neither good nor bad.
The location was good, just 3 minutes from Jomhury Street and Van Mall.

Cons:

Our first room was in very poor condition.
There was a noise coming from the lamp, and the bed was not clean.
We asked to be moved to a second room because there was a very bad smell coming from the bathroom.
Even though it was winter, we had to keep the window open just to be able to stay in the room.
The second room was better, but the smell was still there, and the issue was never resolved.

Poor Maintenance
Pros:

breakfast was good and worth the price

Cons:

The shower head was damaged, and despite repeatedly asking them to fix it, nothing was done. Eventually, we removed it ourselves, handed it to them, and they bought a new one, which we also had to install on our own. Additionally, the bed was very uncomfortable — after just two nights, we all experienced back pain.

I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay with excellent service throughout.
Pros:

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The location was convenient, making it easy to get around, and the atmosphere was calm and relaxing. I really appreciated the attention to detail and the excellent service. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again.

Great place to stay in Van
Pros:

Great quality compared to the other hotels in the city. Staff was very friendly, and ordered my a taxi on my last day. They don't speak English but with live translation we could discuss everything. The location is very good, close to the malls and other hotels.

Cons:

The bathroom has some flaws, and not so appealing in the corners, also the water from the shower is leaking through under the window, which caused little trouble when I noticed that everything was in water outside the shower. Also, I booked a room with a king size bed, but instead I got a room with two single beds. I didn't complain but worth noting.

Pros:

The location is very good - close to the city centre but in a calm street. The staff was very ncie. The breakfast was big, a lot of choices and very good. The room is spacious, clean, with very comfortable beds.

Cons:

No door to the shower so the water is everywhere and you have to wait before going to the toilet. The breakfast was supposed to start at 7 and we had an early flight but nothing was ready at 7.

Pros:

Everything was perfect-room totally clean, superb bathroom, air-conditioning and soft towels. The breakfast was freshly prepared and though it didn't offer great variety, everything was delicious and homemade.

Cons:

No downside, everything was amazing.

Very clean and cheap option in the very center of beautiful Van
Pros:

Very much in the center of Van. Helpful staff and nice, freshly made breakfast. Prices are very reasonable and the room is really clean!

Cons:

The rooms are quite small, but I did fit in :)
