Tranquil atmosphere.
Pros:

Great location at the lake and few blocks away from the main street in the city center. Quie place in a quite city.

Cons:

We were not given our room option. The windows not sound proof. So we ended up hearing loud noise coming from nearby cafes. Breakfast menu were not that large but was decent.

Cons:

Havuz kenarı ve restoranın masaların daha temiz olmasını beklerdim, balkondaki sandalyelerin kenarında örümcek ağları vardı. Personelin daha güler yüzlü ve yardımsever olmasını beklerdim.

Pros:

I always wanted to come to Iznik, and I am glad that my trip happened with a stay at this hotel. It is in the perfect location within the town, and has everything. Great views of lake iznik, next to the main boulevard of the lake and to the center fo the town, great rooms and extremely kind staff. They also have a great clothes washing service if you need to use it. 11/10 rating if I could

Fantastic
Pros:

The place is magical, it's not the first time I've been to this hotel and it won't be the last. I travel for work and the evening walks around the lake are amazing. The rooms are clean and very comfortable. The pool water is excellent and the breakfast wonderful.

Pros:

The swimming pool and position of the hotel on the side of the lake are great. The price is good and the service is reliable and comfortable

Cons:

Personell could be more polite, swimming pool could have better ladders. The breakfast menu is not super big and the choice of food in general is limited.

Pros:

Very nice hotel and located in front of the lake. Car park available. Facilities (Masjid, restaurant, lake front, small shops) at a walking distance. Very good breakfast.

Cons:

Not all staff members are speaking English. This has to be improved to enhance the guest experience.

Pros:

Great location in front of lake park. Walking distance to tourist sightseeings. Great room with great view from last floor. Excellent hotel but limited staff/services/breakfast during our stay in begining of May, maybe low season. Despite this we enjoyed our stay and will stay here if visit Iznik again.

Miserable.
Pros:

They asked me 8 euros more than the booking confirmed price! Forget this place! No SPA, no decent restaurant.. Very expensive, very unfriendly!!
