Cons:

La formule Saint-Valentin était un peu cher, pour ce que c’était quelques petits morceaux de papier sur le lit je trouve ça sympa énorme pour le prix

Ottima posizione e personale molto disponibile

Cons:

Non funzionava il riscaldamento in bagno e nella camera del terzo letto. Un peccato perché per il resto era tutto perfetto . Devo dire che il personale si è dato da fare fornendoci altre coperte e uno scaldino portatile. Offrendoci anche la colazione per il disagio

Déçu, nous sommes loin des services d'un 4*

Situation géographique en centre ville.

Cons:

Accessoires de toilettes quasiment inexistants.
Propreté/Ménage à revoir
Manipulation des denrées par la personne chargé du petit déjeuner sans précaution (charcuteries notamment) sans lavage des mains après avoir débarrassé des tables : prévoir une formation aux bonnes pratiques d'hygiène serait un minimum!

Central location close to the cathedral, super nice staff, comfortable rooms.

Cons:

The family rooms are two level with a narrow staircase. Hard to get large bags up (we ended up leaving them at the lower level landing). Not a big deal.

Perfekt für unser kurzes Wochenende in Strasbourg, einmalige Lage schräg gegenüber dem Münster. Sehr saubere Zimmer mit bester Ausstattung (Kaffeemaschine, Wasser zum Nachfüllen...), äußerst zuvorkommendes Personal, reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet und vieles mehr. Danke für einen perfekten Aufenthalt.
